Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love so many features my old Dyson didn’t have Had it for over a week now. Replacing our 18 year old barrel Dyson that was still working but heavy. This is so light. No power cord to dodge. Easy to use. No holding button in. And still has the great Dyson power. I so LOVE LOVE LOVE the anti hair tangle head. And the green light showing the dirt and dust still on floor is great though I wish I had both combined on same head as would have liked both those features on together when I am doing the hard surfaces as the hair is picked up everywhere. Love not having to hold the button in like some of the stick vacuums. Though best thing ever is not having the hair wrapped around the roller - my pet peeve of vacuuming fixed!

It has good suction and the accessories are very useful and easy to change. But the wall mount system is totally inadequate and flimsy. The wall mount for storage and charging is basically made of 2 pieces of thin mounded plastic. Held on by 2 screws. The vacuum slots into them. The design is not up to the job. 2 screws and the thin plastic , no matter how careful we are, is deteriorating fast. DYSON NEED TO SEND US ALL A REVISED AND STRENGTHENED WALL STORAGE.

I thought I was a pretty good housekeeper but after the 1st vacuum with my new machine using the "boost" function I could not believe how much was picked up from the carpets and rugs. I also have marble tiles on most floors and a very active labradoodle who walks on the beach daily so sand is a problem but this new machine lights up the surface and is amazingly efficient. It has been life changing -I never imagined I would wax lyrical over a vacuum cleaner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A happy upgrade I've really enjoyed using the V12 over the past few weeks since I upgraded from my previous V6 stick vacuum. The laser view of the dust on hard floors is awesome and enables me to see where I've been and learn where the heaviest dust build-up occurs. It's also much easier to empty, with the rubber cuff cleaning the fine air inlets as you slide the drum housing down. The carpet head is also really effective at removing dust from my rugs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aweome My daughter bought this for me after seeing me struggle with my regular vacuum cleaner. So much easier to use. Cordless is a huge bonus . I have a small 2 bedroom house and as it is so easy to use do a quick vacuum most days in the living areas. Enjoying the upright nature and battery charge is more than enough for my small area. Gets up the dog hair extremely well. So far it has been a life changer.

It is more powerful, quieter and the dust disposal mechanism is so much more efficient and easier to use.. I haven’t had it very long but overall am well pleased with my choice. Also the on/off button is much better than having to hold it on all the time. I thought the light showing dust might be a bit gimmicky but in fact its quite useful! Another point about stick vacuums in general is that they are so much easier to use if you have back problems.

Especially how much dust it has pulled out of my carpets and the green illumination that highlights the particles on my hard floors. It is very light and the power button is a real game changer, no more sore finger from the trigger! Nice long battery life compared to my older Dyson stick vac. Love it, no complaints.
