The robot vacuum can’t find the station, it loses the map of the house and I have had to remap the house three times (which is no mean feat!) I have been in contact with ECOVAC, but so far none of their advice is rectifying the issues. I wish I had known how awful this product was prior to purchasing it.

Thanks for your question! The Ecovacs Deebot T30 Pro model is only available in the White colour. THe only model in Black in the Ecovacs Deebot range is the X2 Omni. Trust this helps! ^CO
