This toaster smelled like a machinery oil when I opened it.
The other thing they could improve it that they can mark the arrow more visible. It is hard to see which number it is pointing.

Great value for little toaster
Toasts really well, easy to change to a slight toasted setting for fussy kids. It did smell a bit after opening the box but that went quickly and didnt effect the taste of the toast.
