Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't belong in the kitchen but LOVE IT [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer for my wife, a trained chef, as an anniversary gift and I must say, this mixer may be the best purchase I've ever made for ME to use in the kitchen, and I am NOT a blessed with any semblance of cooking skills. Using and cleaning the mixer is a breeze and I've even started baking regularly (as opposed to well, never) just because the once arduous task of combining ingredients haphazardly has been made easy and fun. Sidenote, my wife loves it too, but she knows how to cook so her opinion is useless. Also, the "salt blue" colour in person is gorgeous, it shimmers like a pearl and looks purple from certain angles. If you were hesitant because of the colour, buy it. Trust me, you're going to love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product for almost a month and use it religiously to make bread and have started experimenting with other baked goods. Being not the most confident the KitchenAid has made my time baking easy and more enjoyable. The booklet that comes with it is also helpful especially with the troubleshooting bar an issue with the bowl getting stuck but a simple search on their site gives you the tips to get it loose. This item is a must in any kitchen that I have also started buying the attachments and cannot wait to use!

Very bougie of me but the colour matches my Le Creuset. I've been using it almost every day to churn ice cream and make pretzels. Very happy to spend a little extra for something that will last a lifetime. Its been so fantastic to get to explore my love of cooking again! The only slight negative is that some of the paint has rubbed off with the attaching of the ice cream churner to the mixing head

Little did I know exactly how professional and high end the function of my ksm195 is. Whips to stiff peaks in a minute. Incorporates all ingredients into mixture, no more dry bits sticking to the edge. Kneads dough so easily. AND it’s quiet. Super straightforward use too. Absolutely love it

I've used it to make chocolate mousse and bread mostly since I've had it but I can't wait to start using it more! Really happy with the quality and colour came out so much nicer than I expected with the pearly undertones. A bit heavier than I thought it would be but just adds to the sturdiness! Can't wait to experiment with attachments in the future.

I am remembering why I love to bake. Over the years I have had many substitutes but I finally have a Kitchenaid stand mixer. I love the splash guard (the mixer is so powerful it gets batter all over the bench). It is heavier than I thought, but I guess this is the quality. So far, I love it!
