Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and quiet I have used this over the last month and it’s a nice solid machine with a relatively quiet motor. Not as strong a motor as my last (other brand) machine but good enough for the home kitchen. (So far, I haven’t made anything too adventurous yet) The pros for me are the quality accessories. The whole thing is sturdy and solid. Cons: the bowl has no handle and the release to lift the stand head up and down is on one side of the machine whilst the adjustment for the speed is on the other. Means I have to reach around the machine to use one dial. Kind of frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a KitchenAid, and this year my lovely adult son saved up for ages to buy me one as a housewarming present. I love making things like cheesecake, meringue and pavlova but arthritis and carpal tunnel made it too difficult for me to use a heavy hand beater- now I can use my stand mixer and do it easily!❤️I’m so looking forward to making breads again too! I’ve already made a cheesecake and couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was to blend tough Philly cheese and cream. And cleaning was so quick too. This is a great product and I can’t wait to try lots of new things with it.❤️

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work horse Purchased this a week ago and love it. It’s got a good solid motor and runs rings around my old mixer. I would love to see a sheet included in the box with what attachements are compatible with this model as the website is unclear. Also I was disappointed not to receive a cook book at all to help kick of using my new KitchenAid when I read that others had received them in different models. But overall very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been an amateur baker for a while but had been feeling frustrated at the many things I wasn’t able to do without a stand mixer. I of course wanted a KitchenAid but would have been willing to settle for less. But my husband very kindly bought this for me as a birthday gift and I am so glad he did. It works beautifully, I love all the attachments it came with, and I’m excited to know it will last a very long time especially with warranty. I’ve been able to bake things I was never able to bake before, it’s taken my baking journey to a whole new level!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most disappointed stand mixer. Not worth anything! I bought one then returned it and received another one, unfortunately this model have the same problem. all the same. This is the most unhappy shopping experience. Every time after a dough making the bowl will stuck to the base, sooooo...... hard to get it off. Had enough of it. Really want to get refund of it if it’s possible.

I was given this as a gift and so far I’m disappointed the hooks barely get to the bottom of the bowl so can’t mix Hingis well and the dough hook is virtually useless, I might as well mix the dough with my own hands.very disappointed and it’s not a cheap Purchase. Even though it’s not the top end of the product it’s still a lot of $$$.

After being used 3 times the speed selector stopped working and stayed on one speed and wouldnt switch off. I'm unlikely to recommend this product to anyone. Kitchenaid have since replaced, hoping this one lasts longer

Today I mixed a cake using the paddle but mixer didn't combine all the ingredients, I had to mix it with a spoon so am not very happy.

Thank you for your query. All attachments with our standard tilt head stand mixer range, however exclusions apply to our mini and bowl lift ranges.

What’s the difference between a ‘classic Stand Mixer’ & a ‘Artisan Stand Mixer? What are the differences? Price? Quality? Endurance? Colour choices? Extras?

Hi Annie. There are a few differences between the Classic and Artisan mixer. The first is the bowl size and type. The Classic takes a smaller bowl and the bowl has no handle. The Artisan can use a classic size bowl, but the Classic mixer can not use an Artisan bowl due to the size. The Artisan mixer has two accessories the Classic does not have. They are a mixing guard to help pour in ingredients while the mixer is going without causing a mess. The other is a dough paddle. The Classic comes in only two colours, white and black. The Artisan comes in more colour ranges. The Artisan is higher grade mixer so there are more features and colours. This is reflected in the price. Both mixers are high quality items. Can you buy the bowl with a handle separately to fit this mixer or can you only get the bowl with no handle? Where would you buy a stainless steel bowl with a handle? How much do they cost? Is the Onyx Black a ‘gloss’ black?

Hi Annie. For the Classic mixer, only the bowl without a handle will fit. The bowls with handles are slightly larger and made to fit other models. You can purchase the bowls separately from the manufacturers website. The Onyx Black is a gloss black. Hope this helps
