Was looking for more power and a more robust machine. Have been very happy with my Kitchenaid stand mixer so chose this brand to replace my deceased chopper. I find a mini chopper essential because I make a lot of small batch pastes and marinades. This one works brilliantly for curry pastes, Asian marinades, flavor bases for soups and stews and pestos. Does a brilliant job on salsa verde and the facility to dribble in oil to emulsify the mix works well. Easier to clean...an added advantage! It is certainly going to get a lot of use.

It's been a god send but when I needed to work with smaller amounts to make a dip or something like a chimichurri, it struggled simply because of the size. So I waited and waited, and then finally bit the bullet and the mini food chopper. ALLELUIA! It works a treat, is super easy to assemble and use, with instructions that helped when I wasn't quite sure. The actual chopping mechanism (top of the handle) makes it very easy to get the exact consistency you need. If you're a food enthusiast and enjoy experimenting, you won't regret it. I certainly haven't.

I have a small kitchen space I reckon this is the perfect sized appliance that I could easily put in the storage when not in use. I use it to chop veggies for my springrolls everytime and it does the job beautifully. I love that it is easy to clean and the Onyx Black colour just compliments all of my existing kitchenwares. Highly recommended!

One the bowl cracked and the second one recently the plastic casing around the spring in the on and off pulse button broke. very careful with my products. top shelf dishwasher only etc.

It is handy for chopping garlic, parsley and onion which seem to form the basis of every savory dish cooked in this house. Small enough to sit on the kitchen bench permanently and in constant use. Initially had some issues working out the lid but all good now.

Really happy with the quality, it is sturdy, nothing about to bust anytime soon. So far I have processed almonds, sunflower seeds and softened dates for protein balls and it worked brilliantly. Its much quieter too.

Can this chop ginger chilies and garlic?

Thank you for your enquiry. You can chop ginger, chilli and garlic in the 3.5 cup chopper. Chop your ingredients into 2cm pieces before putting into your chopper. When starting to process your ingredients use the pulse function to break your ingredients into smaller pieces before fully processing.
