Honest review!
Purchased a hp07 hot/cold purifier a month ago and visually great, the phone app is great and easy to use with alot of features that we use daily. We purchased this for a nursery to keep temperature at a set temp for warmth, unfortunatly the thermostat that detects ambient temperature is highly inaccurate , its 4-5degrees low out of sync and this is a massive deal while setting a room to 22-23 degrees as it then turns into a 27-28degree room overnight which is bad! Other than that the purifier works great the fan works awesome and the heater is great! Unsure of electricity usage as of yet but i assume will be quite the same as using other forms of heating spaces up

Not worth the money
We have 3 different models of hot+cool fans and all of them start having problems once the warranty is expired. None of them heat anymore. I would expect much longer life from a product this much more expensive than other brands. Or at least a better warranty.

Really intuitive
I purchased three of these as I was so happy with the first. The fact that you can control it not just from its remote but from the app is a tick in the box for me. The app has soo many features and help (if you need it) is only a couple of presses away.
I love the fact that you also schedule the fan as well as put it into night mode if you have it in you bedroom to keep it a little quieter. Yes it does make noise but most fans do and it’s not that bad, and if you put it in auto mode with a temperature set, it will self adjust the fan speed to maintain the temperature which is great on those winter nights.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Stylish Heater....
Does what I hoped it would do and thats heat the room and the air is fresh, overall very happy with the unit and its stylish looks. The Remote is well laid out but like all remotes they are very difficult to see the icons, design should not only attractive but practical. I wish that Dyson and other manufacturers would put better effort into practical design, the first thing is the remote should back illuminate so that using it in the night is more practical, this should not be hard to do with todays LEDs. Heater is great but I knocked off 1 star because the remote whilst nice looking fails the pub test for me by not being backlit.

We bought this product as we have a young baby and we wanted to be sure we would be able to monitor the temperature in winter. We expected the auto heat function at a set temperature of 22 degrees would be great. We expected if the room heated up to 22 degrees the auto function will stop heating the room. This doesn’t happen and the room gets heated to 24 - 26 degrees sometimes. We sent it back to the dyson service center and they sent back the unit the same day saying the unit had no issues. The day we received the unit back the system had an error and now we have to send it back again. Very disappointed with this product.

All round disappointing
I have a fan that does a better job of cooling, it’s quieter when on high and circulates the air better. The heater is also disappointing, it is warm only in the line of the face, the direction of the air pushes cold air away so if you’re just on the outside you get cold air pushed at you and it never heats the room above 20 degrees, the purifier sometimes stays on even when the machine is off, pushing cold air, so you wake up to a cold room again. But it’s not consistent so sometimes the room has pollutants from using the oven/grill and it just waits until you turn it on to clear them. It is not quiet except on 2/3 which neither heard nor cools. Very disappointing

absolutely lovvvve dyson for this invention
As a severe allergy sufferer as well as severe asthma triggered by environmental factors mainly HS2 and the amount of dust causing another huge flare-up I decided my only option would be to buy one and pray this would help my health return and be able to return to work after being shielding for over 1 year. this has reduced my anxiety and overall health and given me hope that one day I will return back into the world. Just wish that I had brought this sooner. I've had a few issues with the app and registration but it's now so accessible I can post, write, email it is not all about big high tech sometimes it is just knowing what, out there and support when u need it most.

Could be great but its not
I regret buying the purifer model as the fan doesnt operate at max speed 10 for long when heating so it struggles to heat my little room, it automatically shuts down to around 3. If the machine is turned off then back on it blows perfectly until what seems the purfier sensors kick in & overide the fan speed, this is what auto mode is meant to be for so is also a waste of time. I complained to Dysons help line & on thier advice returned my 1st unit because of this but the replacement is the same, Its a software issue perhaps purposely done by Dyson, I should have just purchased the hot & cool. There is no provision for a software upgrade over the air via the app that I can find.
