Better than a Café Coffee.
You control the grind, the temp, the shot size, milk temp and froth while using your preferred beans so you can completely tailor it to your tastes and make a better coffee than café bought in my opinion. After initial setup I made some very average coffee, I then watched YouTube guides, dialed it in properly and with good tasting fresh beans I now can't go back to buying café coffee. The machine is nice and small, the semi-auto tamping is great, the auto milk frothing is great also. Overall very happy with this machine and it was a large upgrade from a previous pod coffee machine.

I looked at these machines for a while
I looked at these machines for a while; we had a Nespresso Creatista Plus for several years and had no issues with it, I wanted to upgrade to a non-pod machine to get more control over the coffee flavour
We have had this for a couple of weeks now and found it very easy to set up and set customised settings if needed.
It's very fast and easy to use, and the automatic milk frother is the same as the Creatista Plus, and works extremely well. Overall, time will tell about reliably, but I can't fault this machine. We had two De'Longhi machines and both had milk frother failures

Lovely coffee machine.
I took some time to do some research about the best coffee machine for me. I am very glad I did because I decided that the Breville Barista Touch Impress was what I was looking for and this machine has turned out to be even better than I had hoped. I find it very easy to use and the touchscreen is beautiful. Once I had set up the machine with things like grind size, temperature I like and so on, the machine has been so easy to use. The coffee I get out of this coffee machine is really first class. The machine also looks lovely on the kitchen bench. I could not be happier.

Good and easy to use
Easy to use .
I bought this model so others can use it easily .
However slow when making a few coffees as the milk takes a minute & you can’t do the milk and brewing at same time .
If had the chance again I would get the oracle models.
But most the time ai would make 2 coffees and it makes a great coffee and I am fussy .
Had it 3 weeks and the grinder blew up , but was u der warranty and was repaired in 2 weeks , so hoping that is a one off .
But would definitely recommend it so far !

Beginners Dream
We purchased this on a whim to slow our spending with store brought coffees. Amazing machine, easy to use and look great on the kitchen bench. Once you get the hang of it, you can pump the coffees out quite fast. So far have loved the flight beans or the supermarket pink supreme beans in the machine. Wish you were able to keep settings frequently used on the already programmed coffee types rather than a full customization and the ability to heat more than 1 cup of milk otherwise perfect!

This machine is brilliant, if you spend the time to set this machine up with the guide that comes built into the machine you get an amazing coffee with little to no effort, i get to use the oracle touch at my place of work which is what made me buy a breville machine and honestly this impress touch is even easier to use.

Not worth the money - sub-standard for the price point
Simply not worth the money. One of the big selling points was the ability to set up individual profiles and save them for the "perfect" coffee "every time" - except for 1 small point, which even the customer service people seemingly didn't realise at first - IT CAN'T SAVE the grind settings! What's the point of having a saveable profile if you can't actually save the whole profile!! It also doesn't have the water pressure to push the water through during the extraction phase, but apparently that's because it can't cope with finely ground coffee....and that's ok too according to Breville. It also randomly resets the grind settings on it's own. It's also unable to save the settings for the amount of coffee to go into the filter basket from one coffee to the next on exactly the same settings - apparently that's ok too - "all you need to do is discard the ground coffee that you've had to add a bit more to and re-tamp and then grind again" - wasting extra coffee in the process.
Overall an absolute disappointment for the price point, but Breville seem ok with this. I'd say just buy the cheaper model and don't waste your money on the more expensive version.
