Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great little portable speaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have upgraded from the mini sound link. Sound wise it sounds great. Has the typical bose sound with a lean towards a more bass heavy profile. This can be adjusted if needed. It lost a star as at high volumes it loses some bass and I wish it had a slightly better range. Bass could hit harder for what I listen to. (Mostly dnb and trance) It charges quick and seems to last forever. It's mostly being used in the kitchen and in the garden. Charge via USB c. Super easy to set up. App is very user friendly. Love the material too. Has like a rubber matt finish so it dosent slide about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Out of this world its amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a 5 to 6 weeks ago and it is amazing me my partner or my kids use it daily it's amazing my mum wants o e and so does my uncle everyone who hears it can't believe the sound output this little speaker puts out I love loud music ❤️ and this is just right for when cleaning gardening it's also amazing for camping and bbqs but obviously can't have it blasting as you can't hear people speak haha. All the family loves it. Everyone who meets it loves and wants one too. Bose never disappoints.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, transportable fun I am always on the go and as a mom, I needed something that is long lasting, durable, able to withstand splashes and spills and LOUD. The bass on this portable speaker is the best i have experienced so far, but not annoying vibratingly so—the sound is still crystal clear and clean! The handle on top makes this easy to grab and chuck along in the car to wherever we’re headed next. My one con is that the silicone around the speaker, although very nice to the touch and attractive to the eye, is a dust magnet. That being said, it’s also relatively easy to clean. Just a bit of a pain. Overall, I love my speaker and you got a lot of bang for your buck!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bose SLM—There is NO OTHER I just bought The SLM less than a week ago and I simply LOVE IT!!! It’s EXACTLY THE SOUND I’VE BEEN LONGING FOR! I will be buying another soon so I can link them for even greater sound and doubling my listening pleasure! I use it exclusively for listening to music, but so far I’ve used it for all of my listening pleasures including streaming video and enjoying the full sound of my TV shows!!! I also love the rope handle and the accessories for different colors as well as a longer strap/rope for easy traveling purposes! Although I don’t think it will be an issue in my case, the security it has in letting you know if there is water exposure, is an unexpected yet AWESOME feature!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HiFi Sound I purchased this 3 weeks ago with a doubt about what to expect at such small portable speaker’s claimed performance at almost $400 price tag. Yes, Bose did not disappoint. The sound is the best you can get on a bluetooth speaker so far at this price point. Excellent clarity and midrange, the base is very good in proportion to the speaker’s footprint. On the downside, at this speakers price, I wish Bose included the capability for stereo mode right out of the box. Secondly, it should have supported WiFi AirPlay playback. Overall, this portable speaker will not disappoint even those with audiophile caliber ears!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small Speaker, BIG Sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my BOSE SoundLink Max for a few weeks now. Safe to say, I am very happy with the speaker - I'm impressed by the overall quality of the product and the incredible sound it produces. The speaker has a small form factor - virtually the same size as a 4 Pint bottle of milk (in UK market). It is quite heavy, which does make me question how comfortable it would be to carry long distances by hand. However, the integrated handle is very comfortable, feels well-made and the weight of the speaker and materials give it a high-quality feel. The speaker comes with a charging cable (USB-C to USB-C), but not the power brick to plug it into a plug socket. This was a little disappointing, as I did not have a power brick already to use with this type of cable, but once I bought one it was quick and easy to charge. The battery life is also great. I have had the product for a couple of weeks now, and with daily use I have only needed to charge it twice in that time. A full charge really does last a long time. Now on to the important part - the sound. My expectations have been well and truly surpassed with this speaker. It produces such a deep, rich bass for such a small device. It really THUMPS and I'm always surprised at the the depth of bass it produces - which is nicely balanced with the clarity of the treble. I've tried the speaker with several different types and genres of music - all of which sound fantastic. Although I had intended to use this speaker mostly outdoors / in the garden / picnics in the park (which it works beautifully for), I have found myself using it mostly indoors. It's great to use to enjoy my music whilst cooking, cleaning, working out etc. The portability of it makes it so easy to bring the tunes to any and every room in the house. It works great in the bathroom whilst I take a relaxing bath or a disco shower. It just fills the room with sound. Overall, I am super happy with this product. The quality of the sound, the portability and even the battery life are all outstanding. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a small bluetooth speaker for indoor/outdoor use!

Let me start by saying I’m a Bose guy and this portable speaker is the best yet Definitely a five star rating..It’s a speaker with a lot of punch you can use it indoors as your living room speaker or take it outdoors and have it on your back deck…Very happy with this speaker !
