Overall pretty
I bought these to replace a faulty pair of
Jabra earbuds, and have mostly found them to be pretty good. However I'm finding the user interface in the app difficult to navigate, and aspects I want/need such as adjusting the sound in a phone call, are not options available, nor can I find how to make any changes or adjustments. That aside, the sound is clear and they work well, have good connection to the phone, and are in a good recharge case. Overall I like them.

Value for money
Bought these to replace top of the line Sony earbuds. My previous pair lasted 3 years, I didn’t realise it is very difficult to replace batteries so the earbuds are a disposable product. Thought this time a cheaper option. They are not as good sound but not to far away, smaller and more comfortable. I’m happy

At this price point these earphones are the best on the market right now. Noise cancellation is great and VERY noticeable. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a great set of earphones without denting the wallet.

I’d like them to go a little louder, but the noise cancelling function is great. I love wearing them out when I know it’s going to be noisy. Then you can allow ambient noise when you need to hear.

Purchased and tried these earphones for the gym. They do not sit in my ears and fall out. Otherwise great sound. I tried to return but no go. Had to purchase a new hook over ear pair.

Disappointed
I bough this as a replacement for the faulty Jabra Elite 4 Active, just to try something different this time. ANC is not nearly as good. The surface which faces the ear is flat and in the attempt to achieve better noize isolation I pushed earbuds deep, which sort of made it work a bit better. Well, when I was trying to get them off, the left earbud’s silicone tip fell off and got stuck in my ear. My wife couldn’t take it out, GP decided not to and I had to spend a few hours in the hospital to resolve this issue. 3 days I was dripping antibiotics in my ear to prevent the infection from developing and I’ve been told by the nurse not to immerse my ear in water for a week.
This was pretty scary, especially because I’ve never experienced anything like this before while wearing Jabra True Wireless for the last few years with stock ear tips.
I concluded that silicone tips provided with earbuds are not holding tightly enough on them and had to order SpinFits, which are super comfy and not falling out, but the sound quality became worse, as well as the ANC.
Less dramatic observations are that the plastic quality of the case and the earbuds doesn’t match my expectations for the price. Buttons are being pushed unintentionally every time I take them out or put them back in.
JB HI-FI policy doesn’t allow for the earbuds replacement if the box was opened, so it looks I’m stuck with these until they fail.
