I can't seem to connect my headphones to my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 4. I have turned on Bluetooth on both devices but the headphones still won't show up as an option on my laptop. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there, thanks for your question. Unfortunately the Panasonic RB-HF420BE On-Ear Wireless Headphones cannot connect to laptops. The Bluetooth technology has specific devices and special codes that share the same protocols that can exchange data in order for it to connect with another device. It is advised that these headphones will only connect to hand-free profiles such as your mobile device as it can provide functionality for communication between a handset (cell phone) and a headset (headphones), but this functionality is not designed for laptops.
