What happens if one earbud start to loose its sound

Thanks for reaching out. Please try these steps to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune Buds. First, check the EQ settings and balance control. Second, take out the earbuds at the same time to pair them together. Then, forget and pair the unit to your device. If the issue persist, try to pair the unit with another device. It has a one-year warranty; if you need more help, please contact us.

Does putting the tune buds in the charging case power them off?I constantly see the led lights flashing on the tune buds even when they're in the case.

Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Buds power on when you open the lid of the charging case even when they're inside it. It will then connect to the previous device it was connected to. To turn them off completely, put the earbuds inside the case and close the lid.

For some reason my tune buds do not connect to my MacBook. I have gone into settings and taken the tune buds out of the case and got the syncing lights but it never shows up in my devices in blueooth setttings

Thanks for your inquiry. To enter the JBL Tune Buds into pairing mode, first is to turn them on by opening the lid. The LED should show flashing blue light, and then search JBL TUNE BUDS from your Bluetooth settings. If this don't work, for further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Since our JBL Tune Buds come with three different sizes of ear tips, choosing the right size of ear tips helps to securely fit the earbuds into your ear so they won't fall out. In addition, you may try the "Check My Best Fit" test in the JBL Headphones App, which will help you get the best audio response while getting the perfect fit depending on the ear tip sizes.

Only one jbl ear bud contexts . Only the bud light on the the right one lights up in case

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help you with your JBL Tune Buds. The left earbud may not be properly charging while inside the case. This issue is likely caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, such as sweat, grease, dirt, etc. We suggest cleaning the earbuds using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the metallic charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging case to reduce the likelihood of these issues. You can use a cotton cloth to remove any residue and ensure the case interior is dry before inserting the earbuds back. If the issue continues, you may reach out to our local support through our official website or toll-free hotline for more assistance.

How do I change the pads on the ear buds?

Thanks for reaching out. To change the ear tips on our JBL Tune Buds. First, hold one of your earbuds and firmly twist and pull off its current tip. Then, insert the earbud's stick into the new tip and push it gently until it can't go any further. Repeat to change the ear tip on the other earbud.

Jbl buds tune: While using Microfon for calls, the noise that microfone picks up is louder than my voice. Talking to my girl, she couldn't hear me well because of the outside noise (removing something from plastic bag, opening doors, etc). Any solution?

If the issue persists, you may also try to reset the earbuds while they both turn on, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If these steps don't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
