Excellent Service
I was on the 2nd pre order list, there were delays etc but that's the new norm now because of Covid! I am pretty sure I was one of the first to get my order on the 2nd pre order list as I had friends who were in the same boat with other retailers and were still waiting. Only thing I would have appreciated was to receive some automated updates about the status of my purchase instead of having to ring the store every time I wanted one. Overall a happy camper, thank HN!

Slicker familiarity
As a long time xboxer since the original, this is a great, but not must have, upgrade. Especially if you don't have a 4k hdr TV. So far everything does feel a lot snappier, and the loading times are amazing in comparison to the One generation but as expected there was nowhere near as much enjoyment unboxing this compared to going from eg the Xbox to the 360

XBox Series X - Absolute must..
Wauw, the new Xbox Series X is fast. Game pre- loading time was over 3 minutes, now 35 seconds, in game loading time, none existing. The 4K graphics are amazing. Notice details in my game I’ve never seen before.
It was very simple to move my games and apps from my ‘old’ Xbox to this Series X.
