Rated 3 out of 5 by Kerryn from Firm couch I’ve brought the three seater and two seater and struggle to find comfort. I think over time the couch may soften and become more comfortable. 10/10 for looks ...comfort is definitely 4/10. the one at the store was more comfy. Probably due to more usage. Would recommend having your tv on the wall up high to experience full comfort of the neck support adjustments

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tj13 from Great features with poor Quality product I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recliners I purchased from your store in 2022. The recliners, which were advertised as being made with high-quality fabric to prevent tearing, have unfortunately not lived up to this claim. Since purchasing the recliners, I have noticed significant wear and tear, including the fabric shedding its color and showing signs of tearing. This is highly concerning as I specifically paid an additional roughly around $6000 for the fabric upgrade to ensure its durability. I understand that wear and tear can occur over time with regular use, but I believe that the extent of the damage is not consistent with normal usage. I have taken proper care of the recliners, following all recommended maintenance instructions provided by your store. I have already attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service department about 10 months ago and was told to send an email outlining my concerns which I did straight away but I haven’t heard back since. However, I strongly disagree with this assessment and believe that the recliners are defective. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the issue. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution that is fair and satisfactory. Please find attached copies of the purchase receipt and any relevant documentation that supports my claim. I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence that may be required to facilitate the resolution process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution and a positive outcome.
