TaylorBeautiful lounge suite but a shame the back pillow inserts have to be flipped every week to give it a full look like the photo, it's like they aren't filled enough and the bottom cushion slowly slips forward so you get this award gap.

DisappointingLooks good in showroom but we have to continually plump up the back cushions. They do not hold their shape at all well. Quickly look untidy. Also the bottom squab slides forward after little use. Needs better back squabs and Velcro to hold bottom squab in place.

Beautiful comfortable sofa setWe brought the Taylor approximately 1 1/2 months ago and love it. It's durable and solid but also incredibly comfortable and stylish. Occasionally the back cushions slide down behind the seating cushions but it's very easy to plump them up again to look as good as new.

Very dissapointedFirst time writing a review like this but I don't want others experiencing the same thing. This lounge suite looked lovely in the showroom but when we got it home we quickly discovered the bottom cushions constantly slide forward leaving a horrible gap which the back cushions go into. The back cushions look untidy too with an indentation now visible after only 18 months. Also very hard to clean, any water on it and you get water stains appearing.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. I am looking at buying this suite but am concerned at the reviews mentioning the seat cushion moving forward and back cushion loosing shape. The response doesn't actually say that the problem has been resolved. Has it been resolved?

Have ordered Taylor 2.5 and 3 seater couches from Harvey Norman, Palmerston North. Just read reviews on line and see that a couple of reviewers were not happy with back cushions slipping and looking frumpy (4-6 yrs ago). Has this problem been corrected?
