Care & Maintenance
To keep your lounge suite looking it's best:
- Rotate cushions every so often to ensure even wear.
- 'Fluff' and manipulate the fill back into place when fibres/fill moves normally with use.
- Regularly vacuum with an approved upholstery attachment.
- Avoid animals being on or near the furniture.
- Do not machine wash removable covers.
- If pilling does occur, use an approved de-pilling shaver or 'sticky roller'**.

Caveats
All genuine feather down filled product will eventually expel feathers. This is due to the quill making its way through the weave of the fabric with use. As the fill moves/shifts normally with use the quill will protrude through the weave and eventually work the feather all the way out.

Not worth the price
The product is not worth the money we paid for it. Feathers end up poking out and scratching people plus it gets all over the place! I’m sure the cushions will be flat soon and we haven’t even had it for a full 6months

Feather Issue
We bought this suite towards end of 2022, it looks great and the ability to customise the set up to your own space is good. However the feathers inside the seating and backing cushions work their way out of the fabric covers - the feathers poke out, are uncomfortable and create a mess (i.e. every day having to pick up feathers off the suite and floor). A lot of money to pay for a sub-standard product.

cushions get all out of shape always having to try put them back into shape feathers bunch up and coming out bottom cushions end up flat and uncomfortable would not recommend getting one

This couch is less than 6 months old, the fabric is pilling, looks old yet its new, the feathers are a pain too, coming out.

Worst couch ever
This is by far the worst couch ever and I wish we didn’t buy it. It looks awful - the material freys, goes fluffy, the feather's poke out and the cushions always fall out of shape as the insides sag. This couch is the biggest rip off.

We bought this couch a round 10 months ago and absolutely love it! It’s lost a few feathers which we’d expect from a feather couch, but material looks great and is comfortable. It has a saggy look to it, which we saw from the showroom model, but it adds to the character as we didn’t want a couch that always looked perfect! Go see Chris from the Hamilton Te Rapa store and he will sort you out!

Purchased this amazing large lounge suite 14 months ago & it is still like NEW! Has kept its shape & is so so comfortable. Nice & wide & I love the fact you can change up each seat into any configuration to suit your needs. Makes a really great bed if pushed together. Love snuggles on ours.

Would not Recommend the Carolina Modular.
We purchased this sofa 7 months ago it is really comfortable however, it has already sagged there are lots of bobbles and the feathers are falling out. We are really disappointed with our purchase and would not recommend this sofa to anyone.
