Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Chair Bought this online today with click and collect, which was efficiently run. The quality of the chair however is awful. It was missing holes in the fabric where screws needed to go, some of the threads were of bad quality and most importantly it is not a comfortable chair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this chair Looks the part, is comfortable enough to sit on but can't recommend. First chair had to be returned because of poor threading, so I couldn't even put it together. Next chair, the arm wrest has PINS/NAILS coming through, so when I lean on the arm wrest they stick through and stab me. (see pics) Where the indents/damage to the arm wrests are, is where the sharp objects are coming through. Don't waste your money, spend a little more money and get something of better quality.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Can the handrests detach from the chair? Im wondering to see if I could use the chair without the handrests if I wanted to.

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can remove the arms however there will be holes in the sides.
