Rated 4 out of 5 by from Str7 to str5 We originally ordered the str7, but received the str5. We were worried the bike wouldn't make it on time for Christmas so we asked to get a refund of the difference and customer service helped us out a lot and even replaced the squirel character with a design of our choosing. However when we received the replacement canopy and bag, there was a missing part of the canopy, the zippered piece and we were going to use the blue one from the squirel set, but it wasn't able to be unzipped. The bag is also defective. The velcro straps are placed at opposite ends so the bag doesn't sit right and we had already given away my older daughters str3 with the pink set so we couldn't replace it to make it look nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty great! So far, I love it. My 13 month old son gets to look around in almost 360° during our walks. I can walk my dog and steer the trike with little incident. It's easy to store and carry. My only nitpicky things so far are the storage bag could use a double zipper. I'm using it currently to hold my dog's water and sickly and if there was a double zipper, I could secure the chuckit a lot easier. But potentially any other tall toys or sticks or whatever my son might collect in the future. Second would be: with the leg rest attached, I cannot fold the trike up and leave the cup holders on. They get caught on the connection points of the cup holder. Fairly minor, but a bit annoying too. I know the instructions say the leg rest could be removed at this stage, but he likes to have his legs up and down. Overall, I love this stroller trike!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It constantly tries to steer when the front wheel is locked I have this for some time now but only used it twice with my one-year-old boy. Unfortunately, I have stopped using it (for now), as it’s very annoying that I have to constantly correct its direction when the front wheel is locked. The handle doesn’t steer the wheel, so you must lift the front to do so. Even my little one did get annoyed with it. Hopefully it will work better when he grows up a bit, but so far, it's been disappointing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tricycle Folding the SmarTrike is not as easy as the Doona LikiTrike, But then again, how often do you actually have to fold it, and the Doona tends to tip over now and again. So the other features of the STR7 are really redeeming - the stability, the convenient handle, the reclining seat, the footrest, and the attachable “hover board” kids can stand on if they don’t want to sit any more, or if two kids want to ride at the same time.

The quality of materials used is lacking greatly, one trip in whilst being careful the fabric of the sun cover already ripped only from being in a folded state... Our daughter has been in it twice so far so you can imagine our disappointment. We regret our purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Got this for my 6 month old grandson who normally had a regular stroller to go for daily walks. This allows him to see everything and he is much more immersed in the environment than before. The quality is great. The stroller won't fold without taking off the wheel but that is the only con. I love this trike and know that my grandson will get plenty of use through the years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfy It is very easy to handle, it is comforting, the best part is the foot rest at the top because i have a 11 months old, and she loved it, the other best part is the folding, it does not take up any space, its amazing, i just want to thank social media for giving me the opportunity to buy something worth while for my kids.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The handle There is a defect in the handle. The pin to hold the handle in place does not work and I am constantly pulling the handle back up. For the price I am not real happy with the quality. Our granddaughter loves riding in it but I really don't feel safe with the handle not being secure.
