Hi there. Are these monkey bars height adjustable?

Thanks for your question. The supplier have confirmed, not out of the box but it is possible to lower the item by drilling new holes, although it may not be pre-configured for such adjustments. They do have a step up to the Monkey Bars. Hope this helps!

Also, do they need to be concreted into the ground?

Thanks for your question. The supplier have advised, no, however, if children swing with force, securing the swing by bolting it down will prevent it from moving. It is also advisable to place plywood squares under each foot of the swing set when placing it on grass to distribute the weight evenly. Hope this helps!
