The lid seems to keep snacks fresh for longer and the container can be thrown into a bag without worrying about crumbs. He can get the snacks out easily through the flexible plastic part, but cannot open the top by himself (yet). Took off 1 star for that but otherwise great!

They fit a lot of snacks, easy for the kids to eat snacks but it doesn’t make a mess. They are also pretty durable, it’s been dropped a lot and there are no cracks or breakage of any kind. i bought more for other friends too!
