Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super cute and fun! So I’ve been watching this item for a while and I decided to purchase it for my 4 month old baby girl. This item already comes with the batteries so no need to look or purchase them! This item was easy to unbox and when I set it up on the floor she couldn’t take her eyes off of it! She was following it every where it went. Sensors are wonderful so it really doesn’t need to make contact before it scoots the other way. It has 3 different modes and they’re just all fun! When the bee is removed from the cloud base it plays a very rewarding song that puts a smile on my baby’s face! We all love and enjoy it so much! Works on all floors and also on the bed if it’s a flat surface!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This toy is a hit! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this toy with my 7 month old. He’s learning how to crawl and I thought this would be the perfect toy to motivate him. It’s easy to use, no instructions needed. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t work the best on our carpet. When placed on the carpet it doesn’t make smooth movements and doesn't follow the circular pattern when on that setting. The sensor that prevents it from running into object is great in theory, but only works of the object is directly on the ground. For example, it runs into his crib and gets stuck there because the edge of the crib is an inch or so off the ground. Overall my son loves the toy though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Child loves it! My child has liked this toy at every stage. It’s a great concept. But for some reason it had started to slow down. I watched online videos because I thought this was the case (not just that my daughter is faster!) and it was going about 1/3 of the speed. So I changed the batteries and bam! It’s crazy fast! (My child is a little confused now! But she will get used to it haha!)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I cannot get this to work! I don’t understand this toy at all. Maybe I’ve just had two faulty ones. My first one wouldn’t move at all, and just repeated the same very annoying noise over and over. I contacted Skiphop and they sent me a new one but this new one is doing the exact same thing. I’ve read the manual and I can’t imagine I’m using it incorrectly as it’s quite simple. It’s not in demo mode and the sensor isn’t covered. I’m using it on a clean floor in a large space and it won’t do anything! I give up. I’m so disappointed as I really think it would be a great toy if it actually worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Toy breaks easily I loved this toy when we first received it when my daughter was a newborn. Since owning, the toy stopped moving but would continuously make the noise like it was about to move. I loved it so much and am wanting my daughter to crawl that I purchased another one, and the same toy ever even worked from the moment we received it. It plays noise but it never would actually move in any motion. We read the manual and did everything. A huge bummer because I loved the idea of this toy.

My baby hates tummy time and would roll over right away but now he is so interested in the bee that he doesn’t even noticed tummy time. I hope he will be crawling and chasing this toy soon! Thanks skiphop!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kids love it, complicated to clean My baby and little kid both love this toy, but after a couple months of occasional use, it stopped moving. We discovered that the wheels easily pick up hair from the floor which tangled around the axels and is extremely difficult to remove. It’s not made to be easily disassembled for cleaning. Maybe if this is ever redesigned, make it so users don’t have to unscrew circuit boards to remove debris from the wheel axels. Also would prefer if it had a high-low volume switch.

(My son is 7months old) The lights and sounds grab my baby's attention and arouses his curiosity; it gets him wanting to crawl (and he did in fact!). The sensors on the cloud is pure genius!! It detects fairly well and the wheels are better than I had anticipated-- they move up and down from little bumps and corners. This toy is exactly as described on the product detail list. Don't hesitate- buy this for your little one. You will Not be disappointed. Thank you Skip Hop!! Our family loves your brand.
