Rated 3 out of 5 by Jennifer from Great item but one MAJOR flaw. This is a very cute item and my baby did love it but there is a major flaw that made me leave a 3 Star review only. The discovery window cannot be removed once it is clicked into place during assembly. There is a space around this window that cannot be cleaned. Since babies use this item spit up and food are bound to get stuck in there. I am now ready to convert it to the tabletop but cannot bear to just cover up the dirty area around the window. My husband is about ready to break it off because that is how gross it gets. Avoid giving your child food while they are in it but there is obviously no control over the spit up that can occur.

The issue is that the cloth seat gets dirty, so my wife and I clean it every so often. The seat is fading and getting worn after several washes and it looks like it’s in bad shape now.. I enquired with Skip Hop by email about buying a replacement part, and an agent called Merlin gave me a terse and rude email saying Skip Hop doesn’t sell replacement parts, and it doesn’t assist Canadian customers when their products have problems. Merlin, if you don’t to help your Canadian customers, you shouldn’t sell your products here. I will never by a Skip Hop, Carters or Osh Loah product again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by anab from Replacement parts, please! We received this as a baby registry gift in early 2021 and put it to use for the first time toward the end of the year. Our first loved it and we tucked it away (in great condition) for subsequent kids. We now pulled it out, about 2 years after first use, for our second kiddo and found that the musical piano doesn't work anymore. I reached out to Skip Hop and since it's beyond the 2 year mark and they don't sell replacement parts, we're out of luck. So while I love the product itself, it seems like a major oversight to not have the capability to sell individual parts.

You could swap out the toys in the activity center when your baby gets bored of the current ones. Also, my seat fabric has stained, but I cannot buy that seperately, even though Skip Hop could easily make that a reality. They need to see this is a need from their customers & adapt their business accordingly to stay relevant. All over the internet I'm finding people requesting parts be sold separately. Adapt or die.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barbs from Perfect for our son My son loves to be held, so we were looking for a versatile activity center that we hoped he would love. Win! It was super easy to assemble...my husband did it on his lunch break. We put our son in it and he immediately loved it! We thought we would never find an alternative to being held. He played in it for 30 minutes the first time we put him in it. After having this activity center for a month, he still loves it like the first day. It's not as bulky as other activity centers, fits in our small space, cute look, and I love that it has more than one use. I plan on ordering the chairs for the table top.

Right now he's using it as an activity center but I can tell it's going to make a nice table for him when he's a toddler. My only complaint is the Bee snack bowl DOES NOT suction at all. It's a minor thing but the design is great getting the other toys to stay in place; it would be nice if they could make the bowl stick a little better. Even with the suction not working, it's still a nice, thick, quality bowl that will last into his toddler stages too(bonus:it matches his other Brooklyn Bee Zoo collection items). Would definitely recommend- awesome baby shower gift too!

Pros Easy to move Doesn’t take up a lot of space Fun for the babies Easy to clean....... Con CAN’T CLEAN THE WINDOW!!!!!! Drives me crazy!!!!!! Please fix this so all the mamas that purchase this in the future won’t have to deal with crusted spit up in the crevasses.

Rated 1 out of 5 by erin1987 from Mold We bought this because we love the skip hop brand. Unfortunately, the clear window on top is not removable, therefor if ANY spit up gets in it, mold grows. Our daughter has bad reflux and is always spitting up, and no matter how clean you keep it, the spit up runs into the cracks and grows mold. We were told by our daughter's pediatrician to discontinue use because of the mold. If you don't have a puking baby, it's a great toy. However if you little one spits up, don't buy this.
