How To Use Red Light Therapy Torch

1. Prepare by using the included safety glasses before switching on the torch.
2. Turn on the torch by short-pressing the small button.
3. Hold the torch over the area of concern.
4. Depending on how deep you want the treatment to penetrate, keep the device at a distance or place it against the skin.
5. The red light reaches up to 1 inch under the skin to relieve pain.
6. Hold and treat the area of concern for a maximum of 5 minutes.
7. If treating multiple areas, we recommend waiting one minute after every 5 to give this light therapy. torch time to cool off before moving to the next.
8. Switch the torch off by short-pressing the small button once done.
