Rated 2 out of 5 by from Petite bodies beware At 5’2” and 100lbs, I am very petite and have sworn by a homemade version of this same idea for years -all you need are two handballs inserted into a sock and tie a tight knot at the end and voila! I thought the wave duo would be an upgrade but it turns out that it’s actually too wide and painfully hard for my petite back and spine. I’m an avid foam roller and have honed in on my back stretching skills because I love working on and maintaining great posture yet I can’t even think about turning on the vibration because I think it will cause harm. I’m sure this product works great for possibly average height and weight persons and onward but I felt left out on this one and it does not hit the mark for me. My home-made version beats this out by a long shot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive and Useless Pretty useless device. And an expensive one at that. It’s essentially a hard, rubber log with an indent. The vibration doesn’t even register to your bones/body, because there’s only so much a small log can vibrate. I saw no benefit to using this and it was a hassle to make it work given its small size. And like other reviews have said it smells really bad, like a synthetic smell. It gets on your clothes and your bed.
