Rated 1 out of 5 by from retractable pencil I bought this item about one month ago, it was not a trio at that time (no powder). The retractable pencil (which is not a pencil but s crayon) is finishe in a month! I was using the Shiseido brow pencil since about 2015 and it was perfect And long lasting (deep brown 602). Shiseido stopped that good product and replaced it with a "inktrio" with lower quality. It definitely isn't worth the price. very disappointed that I cannot find the brow PENCIL anywhere and the crayon doesn't have a refill. Switching to another brand for my makeup products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Old Natural Eyebrow Pencil is Better I went to buy the Natural Eyebrow Pencil that I've been happily using for 8 years only to find out that it is no longer being made and that it has been replaced with this item. I bought this out of curiosity and because I had no choice but to try. I'm disappointed that the pencil was discontinued because it was so wonderful. The tip of this new product is very thin and easily breaks off. I feel that it will run out too quickly and not have the same usage as the Natural Eyebrow Pencil. The pencil was perfect and never needed to be replaced.

I buy it over and over again. I am sad that it has so low rating. I would like to share my experience. First time I saw it at the Live presentation on Shiseido where the Shiseido showed how properly to use it. I would highly recommend to watch that online session (2020, one of the first online presentation), and you will love this brow ink trio! Love it!

This product is awful. I want just the pencil. This powder in the middle thing is a complete waste. Shiseido why change a great product and raise the price? I've been using your pencil for years. It was the perfect consistency and perfect color. Time to look at other brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the natural look!! I rarely write a review on cosmetics but I thought this deserves a lot better rating than what others have said, so I decided to post. At first I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to effectively use the pen, but after I figured it out, I can't go back to old type or other brands (and I have tried so many other brands for eyebrow liners!). This is a totally different type of eyebrow liner than any other existing pens that draw distinctive lines and colors very quickly. Rather this requires soft touch and relatively a little more time to draw perfect lines, however the look after finish is way more natural than any other pencils which seems to be today's trend. I went back to the old type from Shiseido and compared, and yes, old ones are faster to draw however not as natural looking. I do agree that it takes time to get used to this new type and also takes a little longer to draw, however it is definitely worth. I have already used 4 of these and will continue to buy them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I feel terrible I bought this InkTrio a month ago and found it was too thin. It has kept breaking off with a little press on the brows and hence it's gone in a month. Don't know why Shiseido stopped the old eyebrow pencil that I used for over 10+ years. This product has awful quality and ends too quickly. I will just switch to another brand.
