Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! It has been known that I am a JM fan. So when I was suffering from extremely dry chapped lips while pregnant and after trying so many other dry lips remedy I decided to try this one. I was praying the price would be well worth it. Well that was back in March. Its now November,( baby came 5months ago) and it feels like i've still got a FULL TUBE! And I use this everyday. So much so i've stopped using lipstick. Its so moisturising and has this shine to it that i usually end up forgetting to wear lipstick! Even my boys horribly cracked lips are now smooth and soft. Well worth the rather expensive price for a lip balm. Honestly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Lip Conditioner I have been using this product for about four years now and I must say that it has been a game changer for me. I never leave home without it and it is ALWAYS in my purse. For me, it is an essential. Being a woman in my 40s, I was beginning to see fine lines around my lips and I noticed my lipstick was settling into crevices in my lips themselves. I went on the hunt for a lip treatment. I didn't want a standard lip balm that only adds gloss and "hides" the problem. I wanted to fix it. And fix it is what this lip conditioner did. I use it about once a day and allow it to absorb into my lips. It's not meant to stay looking glossy, but rather, to absorb into the lips and work its magic. I now have very nice lips again and the small fine lines I used to have are no longer noticeable. Nothing is going to stop the aging process, but this little gem has definitely slowed (and to an extent reversed) the process. I highly recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Believe the hype! OMG! I had been struggling with flaking lips and had purchased the Sugar brand of lip balm. It was just a lot of grease without real results and my lips just kept flaking to the point of bleeding. I finally broke down and bought this product and on day one, all the flaking and pain of my lips stopped. I am 4 days in and my lips are smooth! No flaking or bleeding, no greasy or sticky feel! I am a believer. I am here to buy the other lip product Jo Malone has. I am converted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you want the best lips EVER! The best money I've ever spent on a lip balm/conditioner. It doesn't leave your lips greasy, dry out your lips so you need more and more and it doesn't make your lips peel. What it does do is exactly what it says-- conditions your lips. Mine have never been so soft, even or looked so kissable! I love to wear overnight after I brush my teeth for bed. Best money I've ever spent. Again.

I've tried all the luxe brands - glosses, balms - this tops the list, best on so many levels. It truly conditions, results are both immediate and long-term. Get two. They sell out.

I have tried every lip balm in the world and this lip balm is the only one that works. It keeps my lips moisturised and works great as a base for lippy!!! Thank you Jo Malone :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Little Saviour I was advised by friend to purchase this product as I was suffering with very sore/dry lips caused as a side effect from antibiotics I am taking for Acne. I wasn't sure if this is just another expensive "miracle" product as nothing has worked so far and I was in pain. With the first application I instantly felt relief and within 3 days my lips have completely cleared. I adore this product and am looking forward to trying out other E Vitamin goodies.

Having suffered for many years with dry cracked lips and cracking at the side of my mouth, I have tried many products including prescribed medication. My daughter recommended this product and more in hope that expectation I gave it a try. After only 2 applications the difference was already noticable and now I use it every day and I am truly delighted with the resulsts. Just a small amount every day seems to be all it takes to maintain moist uncracked lips.
