Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you suffer from watery eyes, its no problem, as this eyeliner is a significantly reliable and exceedingly waterproof! The formulation of this eyeliner is impeccable. The texture is just beautiful and extremely easy to apply. It has excellent staying power that lasts the distance making it perfect for every occasion.\nWhen I used this I found it had a sharp precision of a very high quality pencil liner, giving me that wanted poker straight line or sexy smudge look on top of my eyelid. I must express how silky and smooth the application of the Yves Saint Laurent beaute dessin du regard waterproof eyeliner is to apply to the eyes. An exceptional quality eyeliner you will fall in love with the very first use. \n
