Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where to begin? This Where to begin? This is the best shampoo I have ever purchased. It makes my scalp feel exfoliated and clean, smells amazing, and doesn’t fade my bleached hair color (even though I wash my hair almost every day). The product is very concentrated and lasts me up to a 4-5 months in its largest size, which is saying a lot because I have very long hair. I haven’t even tried to find a different shampoo since I found this line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried this for my newly done hair so i had it dyed and higlighted five days ago and the lady in the beauty shop suggested this well her sugvestion was right it is great left my hair feeling fantastic and full of volume which not many shampoos have that i have used in the past so this is a huge us for me and during me washing it i never seen any of the dye come out so thats even greater so plus plus plus ! Great Shampoo

I used to get lots of buildup from products until I started using this shampoo every time I wash my hair! I love it and I’ll probably use it forever. Been using it for years.

I recently tried the color safe version though since my hair is color treated the normal one was taking some of my color out of my hair. The color safe works fabulously and didn't strip my hair!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoyed this product. I bought this with the intentions of coloring my hair (which I never did), so I can’t speak to that. Still, this made my frizzy hair feel so healthy. I was getting compliments on how soft my very long hair looked. I like Paul Mitchell’s products and would buy again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the scent I love the scent and feel of my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner combo. I also like to use the leave in skin and hair conditioner. I would not necessarily suggest it for colored hair, as tea tree oil is not good for color treated hair, but overall the formulation is great.
