Rated 1 out of 5 by from A poor substitute for my favourite lip product It's my understanding that this product is the replacement for the Fresh Sugar Nourishing Lip Balm Advanced Therapy, which has been discontinued. This is a travesty. My lips have gone from being perfectly soft and smooth, under the regimen of my former beloved balm, to cracking and bleeding every day once I started using this instead. Please, Fresh, bring back the old balm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good I bought this after finding the Sugar Lip Serum was the only thing that would soothe my dry, cracked lips during winter. Every other petroleum-based lip balm just made them worse. I only use the Serum in the morning and evening, so was looking for something to use during the day. This is very good, with very little scent or taste. It feels more like a traditional chapstick-type balm, but so far hasn't caused any extra dryness and a small application lasts a long time. I'm glad I've found an all-day combination that works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dried out my lips badly I always like fresh skincare products but not for this one. I've been using it for a month. The scent is so nice and reminds me of lemon cake. However, I just find it it dry my lips out more and somehow makes my chapped lips worse. It is definitely not worth the price... Very disappointed.... :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So SO good! This is the first review I've ever written for any product, that should speak to how good this lip balm is. I wasn't going to buy it originally because of the price, but my lips kept getting dry and cut with the other lip balms I was using, so I finally gave in and I'm really glad I did. The balm leaves my lips super soft and nourished, and the finish is super comfortable and not sticky at all. Also, it gives my lips an amazing plump! Not only is the formula great, but the packaging is also really beautiful and high quality. I do find myself reapplying every couple hours or so, but it's lasted me about two months and a half now. One thing I will say though is you might not like the scent if you're not a fan of citrus, but after using it for a bit the smell isn't as noticeable. I'll definitely be repurchasing :)
