Rated 2 out of 5 by from New and 'un'improved formula After years of searching, I found my holy grail shampoo. My hair went from thin, heavy shedding and lifeless to thick, shiny and volumptuous with very little shedding. I paired up the volume shampoo with the no frizz conditioner and it was perfect. Then they went and 'improved' the formula. I don't know what they did, but I now have dandruff, my scalp is SOOOO itchy, and my hair is now shedding just as badly as it was before I found it before the formula was changed. What's worse...I tried 3 times to email customer support to ask to return the shampoo and conditioner as their satisfaction guarantee says I can, and I got no response. So now I'm stuck with a full size shampoo and conditioner that isn't cheap... That I can't use. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didn't know what to expect I have very thin, wavy hair which gets easily puffy and looks very messy. I got a bioplastica hair treatment to help with this, and my hairdresser recommended this shampoo (which in itself says enough about it). Although I did find it quite expensive, I must say that I'm very pleased with it. My hair looks healthier, and with much more volume. As it's a sulfate and silicone-free shampoo it won't damage the treatment I got, making it last longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really disappointed I use the thickening cream and root lift and was really happy with those products so I branched out and got the shampoo and conditioner. If anything my hair is flatter than normal and now its greasy I'm on day 5 of trying it. I am really disappointed considering the price and the fact the styling products work really well.

Sadly for me the shampoo made no difference, if anything my hair seems to be getting greasier quicker compared to other shampoo’s I have used. For the price I was expecting better results. I would not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mrs I love this shampoo. It is the first shampoo claiming to give volume that I have found to really work. Even my very unobservant husband notices when I use this! I’ve been using it with the conditioner and the thickening cream. Really worth the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please bring the old formula back The old formula of this shampoo was my holy grail, and my oily hair stayed clean for 3 (!!!) days. However, with the new formula, they get oily with it 2 hours as it doesn’t clean as thoroughly. Please please bring the old formula back.
