Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I've never left a review in my life, however, after trying these products, I felt so disappointed. Since the very first time I used them, my scalp started to feel VERY itchy and my hair felt super heavy. It didn't even take away my frizz. I could say that I hardly saw any change, despite using the dryer. I tried to use it for a couple more days, but the itching on my head only increased and now I feel like my roots are super weak and dehydrated. I have never felt my hair softer nor seen any results I expected. Very unfortunate since I was super excited to try this line of products. My hair is super thin, frizzy and straight. Maybe they weren't the right ones for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from New and 'un' improved After years of searching, I found my holy grail shampoo. My hair went from thin, heavy shedding and lifeless to thick, shiny and volumptuous with very little shedding. I paired up the volume shampoo with the no frizz conditioner and it was perfect. Then they went and 'improved' the formula. I don't know what they did, but I now have dandruff, my scalp is SOOOO itchy, and my hair is now shedding just as badly as it was before I found it before the formula was changed. What's worse...I tried 3 times to email customer support to ask to return the shampoo and conditioner as their satisfaction guarantee says I can, and I got no response. So now I'm stuck with a full size shampoo and conditioner that isn't cheap... That I can't use. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really works great for Unruly frizzy hair! LOVE IT! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this conditioner really tames my frizzy unruly hair. Its the BEST conditioner for my hair type and trust me I ve tried them all! Wish it was less expensive and wish it was easier to get out of bottle the spout gives so little so hard to squeeze out while showering...a pump would be great otherwise its a GREAT product and REALLY works!

Started with a small bottle and I loved how my hair was tamed. So decided to get a big bottle. However the texture of the conditioner feels lighter and not giving the same effect than the smaller bottle. I’ll see if my hair gets better as continue using.

However, I've found that it actually makes my hair even frizzier compared to other products or brands I've tried. Even when I blow-dry my hair, it seems to look worse, feeling drier and more unruly. Disappointing results overall

I have hair that is totally unmanageable come summer and these products are the only ones that can tame it. I have tried many other brands and although pricey these are the ones that work!
