[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this in March 2022 and initially found it very sticky on my hair and it also left my hair very fluffy. I was disappointed as the cream reviewed really well. I even contacted Sisley Customer Services to check I was using it right. I persevered with it as it was to expensive to throw away and now several months on my hair is now in the best condition it has ever been and when using it my hair feels silky, shiny and also has a little bit of hold and volume. I'm not sure if the product needed to adapt to my hair however now I wouldn't be without it and have just purchased my second bottle. I found it works better with no other products in my hair. My hair is fine however since using this my hair now feels thicker and my hair looks very healthy. My hairdresser even commented on how healthy and shiny it looked!

I first tried this product as a sample and was shocked at how bouncy my hair dried with my heat styler. Add to that, my curls stayed in right through to the next day (usually they fall flat same day). My hair is naturally straight and length is to my bust line. I am now using four hair products from this range and my hair has never looked better, frizz gone and dryness gone! Just beautiful results.

I did get a sample first , enough for two washes, first your hair smells incredible and second it did stop the frizz. Hair blow drys a lot better and straighter and I'm not using the straighteners every time. It is expensive so try the sample first. I have quiet a lot of hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I honesty can't tell a difference with my hair! The cream smells and feels nice when applying, but my hair feels no different when it's dry. I have also noticed a large amount of split ends since I starting using it, therefore the heat protection is not effective. This is unacceptable considering my hair tools are never used above 150 degrees and it should protect your hair up to 230 degrees. The bottle states 'Hair & Scalp Care' but the instructions say that this product is for the lengths and ends of your hair. How does it care for your scalp?! This product is not as advertised and I would return it if I could.

I put a little in the palm of my hand and warm it up between both hands, then smooth it over the freshly washed hair and comb it in. I style my hair a little and allow to dry naturally. When it is dry, I brush it into some sort of shape - and hope for the best!
