Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lasting power is amazing! This is my first time ever writing a review on anything...so this means a lot. I love this fragrance! The sweet notes and lasting power is incredible. I know lasting power also attributes to our body chemistry, and Honeysuckle and Davana lasts 24 hours on me. As my husband hugs me this morning soon after waking up he said "you smell so fresh," and the last time I sprayed was about 15-20 hours ago. I would highly recommend pairing this with Grapefruit cologne, the pair is a burst of sweet citrus amazingness. I would say Honeyscukle and Davana is a great all year round cologne and paired with Grapfruit it's a wonderful spring/summer scent. If you are hesitant, please don't! Go get this cologne.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Longevity I was lucky enough to try this out in Saks before purchasing. I was hesitant since I know enough about perfume notes to know that Davana is known for its chameleon shifting tendencies, in that it really reacts strongly to personal body chemistry. More so that most fragrance notes. I was worried it would go sour on me. I was pleasantly surprised when this dried down to a sharp mossy green with just a hint of boozy fruit. I really love this layered with Myrrh and Tonka or Plum Blossom. This scent has great longevity and I've gotten several compliments on it since I started wearing it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unique Not sure if it's a good or a bad unique, but it's definitely different. I feel like on me it pulls a very mature, heavy scent that is slightly too artificial for me. I'm still in the stage where I'm trying to figure out if I like it or not, but it's taking longer with this than others. I'm curious to see what combinations will come out for this... Maybe it will tone down the heavy "perfume-y" scent. If you're familiar with the Burberry Weekend fragrance, it honestly smells identical to me. Of course jo Malone fragrances smell so different on everyone so I would definitely recommend trying it for yourself but for me this might be an unfortunate return. Right now, I'll just stick to my pear and freesia.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too strong and too sweet Honeysuckle is one of my favorite scents and I've always wanted to find a perfume version. This one is not it. It's a lovely scent when you first smell it out of the bottle, but after wearing it for a while, it becomes much, much too strong. What makes honeysuckle a beautiful scent is its lightness and delicacy. This perfume has all the cloying sweetness of honeysuckle but none of its ethereal quality. It's like the scent of honeysuckle with the strength or intensity of a rose or a lily. For those who like strong, sweet floral perfumes, this would probably work great. If you want something light and delicate, I'd pass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Familiar... yet intriguingly eccentric The first thing you'll notice is the gorgeous bouquet of exquisite flowers. Reminiscent of stargazer lilies, roses, honeysuckle, carnations.... lemongrass, and fresh squeezed watermelon cosmopolitan? Yes.. interesting, but in a good way. Somehow the " greens and watermelon" adds a subtle dimension of sophisticated whimsy to the classic floral. The fruitiness is done in a way that is more refreshing than sweet. The greens (moss), and just a hint of wood masterfully wraps all the elements ( floral, bright, fruit, green, wood/amber) into an classic piece which is never boring. I felt that I was able to enjoy the scent throughout the day with just a single spray. On my skin, it evolves into a milky amber profile which is so luxurious and comforting. Bold, unapologetically feminine, classy, whimsical, professional, relaxed elegance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my top 3 When I spray, it transforms me back to a kid picking honeysuckles. Its what I call a happy floral, not overpowering or powdery. It lasts quite long on me. I have paired this with Wood Sage and Sea Salt and English Redcurrent, which have been quite lovely together. But honestly, its quite nice by itself. One of my best purchases from Jo Malone. As a reference my other favorites are Dark Amber Ginger Lily, Blue Agave and Cacoa, and Tuberose Angelica.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from s u n s h i n e It is sweet, sticky, yet fresh like a dawn. Sunshine in a bottle. Is so full, warm, golden, happy, it just makes you want to smile. I don't smell rose at all here, but honeysuckle and davana are really strong. It is such a simple scent, yet perfectly balanced and lovely! I get stopped all the time while wearing it and asked what it is. Someone also said I smell like I stepped straight out of the shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Divinely Simple! Love this Scent. Tried a tiny bit while visiting a Jo Malone store in San Francisco after smelling many scents. Kept returning to the Honeysuckle and Davana. Finally tried some and waited to see if it would become overwhelming immediately (why I haven't worn perfume in decades). It smelled heavenly and fresh! What about after 5-8 hours? The sales clerk equipped me with samples to test which I've used sparingly. A little goes a long way! After numerous compliments received this past year, I am saving to buy it! Finally I can honestly tell friends and family the gift for me!
