[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to receive a sample size from Influenster, and now i'm about to get a full size bottle for my man!!! I like that at first this cologne smells strong and powerful, but not overwhelming at all, and it opens up throughout the day in so many different notes colors. At first it's woody and spicy, but then I smelled some floral notes. My man really enjoyed testing it. He's not a cologne/perfume addiction like me hahah, and he was like "I don't know what you sprayed on me, but I really like it! Gimme more!!!". So, I'm excited to get a new addition to his cologne collection!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seductive, Masculine yet suddle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have you ever been next to your love one and their perfume or cologne, however you may call it is just too strong for you? Well, you won't have that problem with this new Ginvenchy Gentleman Boise Eau de Parfum. For me it is soft yet sensual. It is masculine as well that draws you in but at the same time it has this nice softness to it. For me it is the mix of the woody floral notes mixed with the uniqueness of the slight cocoa that you can scent that makes it stand out. Now, the only problem here was that it only came in a sample size too small and they wanted & thought the big bottle was their's lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sexy Winter Scent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect fall/ winter masculine Parfum for men who enjoy intense woodsy scents. I have been running around spraying this on my partner, brother and male friends trying to get their opinions on it and they all really seem to enjoy how intense and warm it is without being overwhelming. Its definitely less intense than something like Maison Margiela Replica By The Fireplace that's full on smoky burnt wood, as it manages to sweeten up the scent with the addition of the creamy cacao. It's a great classic cozy scent that I think most men will like and many women will love.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this on him! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my guy didn't favor this too much, I personally really loved it on him. It somehow combines the clean fresh aftershave/barbershop qualities of iris, geranium, coriander and pepper with this really comfy cozy cuddly heart/base with the cacao pod. It doesn't have any of the lavender/tonka side of things. But is a gourmand oud. With patchouli in the base it kind of reminds me a little bit of Angel, but toned down and of course way more masculine. In fact if you're someone who likes wearing Angel yourself, I could see this being a perfectly matched pairing for your partner to wear on nights out together!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mature Musky Elegant Cologne [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster and Givenchy for free in exchange for my honest review. I received a small sample of this, and that was okay as it was enough to test out. I thought this cologne was very mature and a bit too musk heavy for my particular preference on my beau. I asked him to wear it on a couple different occasions and he said he preferred it for an evening outing scent, rather than a daily every day cologne. I didn't receive a full-size bottle to examine myself but based on the marketing materials it seems that the bottle is very elegant as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spicy masculine fragrance [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In recent years, Givenchy has managed to revive the brand, with perfumes adapted to current times. And this perfume goes in that direction. Although the perfumes from the Gentleman series seem to be built around the iris note, this seems undoubtedly a spicy one, with coriander in the foreground, flanked by pepper. Great combo! Longevity and projection are both very good. This is a good scent. I gave my husband a sample I received from Influenster and he loved it. It lingers on his clothes more than on his skin. I love it too because it smells very masculine and rich. Fragrance 8/10 Projection Medium Longevity 8 h

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smells luxury!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cologne smells in my opinion smells woodsy and vanilla-y. The scent is rich and can easily be oversprayed. One hit of it could be good. One spray radiates about a foot off the body and the small lasts all day, quite strongly. The bottle and packaging is really lovely and luxury. If you love rich, warm, woodsy scents I would definitely recommend this product!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sophisticated & Masculine [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my husband doesn't love this perfume. He didn't provide much feedback so I decided to try it out on myself. It's warm, woody and spicy. Very gentleman like. You can smell the iris right away on application. There's cocoa notes which gives this a gourmand feel. Although vanilla isn't listed as one of the notes, I detect soft powdery vanilla too. As the fragrance settles and time passes the powder and sweetness become more apparent. Lasting power has been good and what you'd expect from and EDP. This is a classy and grown up gentleman's fragrance. Despite what my husband thinks, this is a great men's fragrance.
