Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I have super sensitive skin, and I started to brake out in my mid to late 20’s. I thought I was doing the right thing and using medicated face products and drug store products that had harsh chemicals. I was completely wrong. I went all Indigo and now I forget to put on makeup sometimes, as I don’t have anything to cover up. If I have a red dot, which seems 20 times bigger on my skin as I have a very fair complexion that really makes any dot look huge, all I have to do is use this scrub and it is almost an immediate fix. (I do follow it up with the Indigo Cream.) I will continue to use this until it doesn’t exits, which I hope does not happen in my lifetime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exfoliates without irritating I have rosacea so I can’t use abrasive scrubs on my face. I had been using a Clairsonic brush with the sensitive brush head to exfoliate the dead skin off my face but it was too hard on my sensitive skin. I heard about Tatcha from a podcast and started to do some research. I bought the starter kit so I could try the products and see how my skin would react. I absolutely love this scrub. I have been using it once week for about two months now and my skin looks great. It’s not very abrasive and my skin hasn’t had a negative reaction. I feel like my skin absorbs my moisturizer better after having used this. Overall, I am happy with this product. I will continue to use this long term.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good for sensitive but oily-combo facial skin like mine I have used the original rice polish many time but after a while started leaving my skin slightly stripped (yup, THAT sensitive) so i had to step back, but could never find anything like any of the product Tatcha offers, so i found out they offered a new version of this line so i tried it... and THANS HEAVEN :raised_hands::skin-tone-5::raised_hands::skin-tone-5:... ABSOLUTELY ABLE TO REGULATE MY OILINESS WITHOUT STRIPPING... last a long time cause a lil’ goes far... yeah, second restock.. i’m actually very happy with this one, more than the rest... and i also use the Deep Cleanse... ANOTHER BANGER.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Calms My Rosecea! I’ve had rosecea for several years now and particularly on my right cheek. My dermatologist prescribed a medication to apply that works off and on. I decided to try the indigo line to see if it would help my outbreaks that increased from wearing masks. Well, my right cheek now gets one or two whiteheads every so often but I no longer get the splotchy redness. My left cheek goes for days without a breakout. When I do get one it’s very limited meaning a small red area and 5 or less whiteheads. This is a vast improvement on using just the prescription. The rest of my face loves the indigo products! My skin looks brighter and feels softer. Thank goodness I decided to give this product line a try!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love it! (Just not the packaging) I love this Facewash. It makes the skin look smooth and feel clean/bright just as promised. One of my favorite products. I did take off one star for the packing tho. They used to use a more substantial packing that kept the product safer and felt luxurious and weighty. This eco version feels cheap (and they didn’t lower the price when making the package cheaper…if they had I’d let them keep the last star). This new packaging arrived with product leaking out. Tatcha sent me another but the second wasn’t much better. It’s not designed to be shipped at all I don’t think.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this exfoliator Recently started investing in skin care products and taking care of my skin, I was really pleasantly surprised after using this. My skin felt so smooth right after, I was hesitant to use this twice a day (worried about skin irritation) but it’s really gentle on the skin my rosacea and dry skin responded well to it. Did the 15 seconds as directed and loving the way it feels. It says half a teaspoon and I sometimes feel when I add water to it some of it overflows and goes down the drain but I still manage to work up a good amount of lather and exfoliate properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really enjoy minus a few hiccups I have pretty sensitive skin. No fragrance allowed. Recently started using tatcha on my combination, acne-prone skin and got the sensitive skin ritual starter set. This was one of the products I decided to invest in after the trial. I really love it, use it once a day and my skin feels so soft and smooth after and it isn't drying on my cheeks where I'm more dry. The only issue is sometimes it clumps together instead of foaming. Only happens every once in awhile. Not sure if it's because of me or what but other than that I really enjoy this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely! I have dry extremely sensitive skin but know the importance of exfoliating. Other exfoliating products have irritated my skin so I was very interested in the idea of gentle regular exfoliation. This works great and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry. I love the way it foams up. However I’ve found I can’t use it daily but that’s fine, a few times a week is best for my skin. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the packaging. The powder pours out of the spout so quickly I had to put the extra in another little pot as to not waste any.
