Rated 4 out of 5 by from I can't live without this cream My skin is usually dry and sensitive. I couldn't apply liquid foundation without this cream. It's quite a luxury experience to apply on my skin and I thoroughly enjoy this cream. I usually use this cream throughout the year except the summer seasons. It will be too moisturised for the summer months. I also have hay fever so my skin can be a bit flaky due to the allergy. This cream has reduced that problem a lot, almost can't see the flakiness after application. I am not sure this cream works for people with oily skin. I will advise people to use it only on your cheeks if you have problems around T-zone area.

I have only just started using this cream so I will have to wait and see how I get on with it. So far I really like the texture and that it is hydrating. I use this cream on top of a serum, then the ecologique, then finally the velvet nourishing cream. I normally use the Restorative cream with shea butter as it is very soothing, however, I find this cream equally soothing and a lovely night cream.

This along with the quality is why I adore this product, I love the fact you can order in a discovery pack too that comes with samples new to try. I find this helps sooth my sometimes slightly red skin, a sign of the menopause sadly along with the odd breakout which finally seems to of improved and I firmly believe this cream has helped that happen for me. It literally melts into my face leaving it plump and wonderfully soft. I always use the spatula as suggested by the lady on the counter. I think I was putting in far too much before . My absolute favourite, smells divine too .

Velvet Nourishing Cream with Saffron Flowers is a dream to use. Light as clouds, so you can't feel it on your skin, leaves your skin dewy moist and feeling nourished, softening lines in the process it leaves you feeling ready to face the day.

First of all you only need a tiny amount so even though outlay may be larger it lasts a really long time. I literally use a quarter of the product but it spreads all over my face . I discovered that I was not getting dry patches after a short while but also it calms the redness I get either side of my nose on occasion . My absolute favourite along with your other skincare

I has a great texture, creamy but not oily and not too thin or watery and the scent is beautiful. I have tried many Sisley creams over the years but this is my favourite.

I use an alternative Sisley moisturiser throughout the spring and summer. However, this is perfect for the colder months throughout the year. It's like being wrapped in a snuggly blanket.
