Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Moisturizer! Defective Pumps! I had oily and dehydrated skin. However, after using this moisturizer for a couple of months, my skin no longer has an oily and tight feeling. It is very moisturizing and not greasy at all. The quality is very good and I can tell a difference in my skin since using it. My skin feels more elastic and hydrated. The only problem is the pump. It doesn’t get all of the product out, so it feels like I’m wasting money since I can’t use all of the moisturizer. And, as far as I know, there’s no way to get it out based on how the bottle is made. Trust me, I’ve tried. I just bought a new bottle two weeks ago, and the pump has stopped dispensing out moisturizer. It also doesn’t help that the cost of this moisturizer isn’t very cheap either. Unfortunately, I may have to find another moisturizer if the pump continues to suck (for lack of better words).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great moisturizer; terrible packaging! This moisturizer is everything, gentle yet effective! I'm on my fourth bottle. However, believe the reviews on the pump system failure. With each bottle, I was only able to get one or two uses of the pump after opening, before it stops working, and I then have to go through the hassle of taking the parts out, and putting the lotion in a different container. I do love this product, which is why I keep re-purchasing; but Please Please Obagi, do something about this present pumps on these bottles or come up with a different system, because this present one is VERY DEFECTIVE!!!, four bottles in a row now, something has to be fixed. I will definitely be buying again, just because of how much I love the product.

I had to pop the bottom off and literally dig inside...the bottle and there was only enough inside to last me about 1 week. I love the product but I had a horrible experience ordering this product from you online. Im so Sorry....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product, Need Larger Option Excellent product! My skin feels buttery soft, but not greasy or oily after application. It also gives me a radiant glow. So, why only 4 stars? Because Obagi really needs to offer a larger size. This one is too small for the price. If I could get an 8 oz size, then I will give them the extra star.

The only question I have is why Obagi does not make a larger container for purchase. I find it hard to get all the product out of the container and the pump does not work well.
