Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love I'm quite picky with oil based cleansers since I tend to stay using products I like and know what works for me. I decided to try this since I really like the other products in this line- moisturizer and pore minimized clay mask. Overall I'm equally as impressed with this product, it is an oil based cleanser even though it looks like a gel. It glides on the face super well and breaks up makeup very fast. You don't need a lot of product, so a little goes a long way. It is a great first product to use when removing makeup! There is also a faint herbal smell. At first I didn't like it but now I do so beware if you're particularly picky with scents!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works...kind of? This product is good, but it's great if you don't wear makeup. I don't wear any most days, so I enjoy this cleanser a lot, but when I wear anything like mascara or concealer, or even just blush, it doesn't work so well. It takes a couple of times of applying and washing off to feel like everything has come off, and then I feel the need to tone more. And here's the thing: I've used these gel to oil makeup removing cleansers before. I forget the brand of my favorite which I think is discontinued, but that one worked like magic. I do love how gentle this cleanser is though, so I'll give it 4 stars, but do not expect it to be a magic makeup remover.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique! This product is super unique to me because its gel to oil--generally the products I've used to remove my makeup are oil or balm. Upon application it's pretty thick, and it was kind of hard to tell how much product I needed because I couldn't tell if it was enough since it doesn't have as much glide as a normal oil cleanser. Once I added water, I definitely was able to move the product around my face easier, but there was so foaming or anything. However, it did seem to take off all my makeup (I don't wear too heavy of makeup though). This product also has no fragrance, so people who have sensitive skin will benefit from that! Overall, it's a decent makeup remover :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No. Do not. Just don't. This was so unpleasant. It comes out like firm jelly. I rub this on my face and I see how it's supposed.to turn into oil (because of the many different forms of silicone in it). It's on my face and firm. I try to wash it off. It won't wash off. It looks like oil on my skin in that water can't Pentwater this barrier. I keep trying to wipe it off. It leaves my skin looking very not oily. Very matte. It leaves a barrier on my skin. How are my creams and serums going to penetrate my skin after this. I do not like this very much. There's a lot in the bottle and the packaging is very cute. But I'm donating this, for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for removing makeup or feeling fresh This cleanser is incredible for removing makeup, or even for just feeling fresh and new after a long day out! It feels like it does a wonderful job at removing impurities such as dust, pollutants, etc. I love a product that actually does what it says it's going to do and removes foundation in one go. It also gets my liquid lipstick off which is quite a feat! This is a product that could definitely be a staple in my routine before long. I've been using it almost every night, makeup or no makeup. It goes really well with the rest of the Waso line and is ideal for both newbies and aficionados of clean beauty!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique The texture of this cleanser is very unique. It starts as a clear gel, similar to the consistency of aloe gel that you buy for sumburn. Then it transforms on to a thin oil that glides easily over the skin and dissolves everything in its path! It's great as a first cleanse to remove makeup/sunscreen before washing with your normal face wash. If you have oily skin like me, don't even entertain the idea of using this as a face wash. It's not meant for our skin, it won't work for us in that way. On the other hand, if you have severely dry skin, this may be a lifesaver for you as a regular face wash!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect cleanser to remove makeup! *I received this products for free from influenster in exchange for my honest review* I use this cleanser to remove my makeup because first, I dont have to use much to get the makeup off, second, theres no irritating fragrance, and it can remove water-resistant mascara so easily. I was afraid at first because it is a gel to oil cleanser and I thought it would be hard to remove the oil when washing but I dont have any problems washing the oil off, it is so easy to wash off. All in all, I love using this product as a part of my skin care routine! It is very gentle on skin which I love ✨

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this My favorite and most exciting products are definitely from Shiseido. They sent me their 1) Gel-to-oil Cleanser 2) Pore Purifying Scrub Mask and 3) Mega Hydrating Moisturizer. It's so nice to have a cleanser that doesn't dry out my skin! The exfoliation of the scrub mask feels so good. The moisturizer feels so clean, not too oily. My mom gave me a Shiseido brush when I was little, so this brand is nostalgic for me. That might sound cheesy but I mean it! She was maybe more excited than me about this :) I love their products, and that applies to their new line! I will continue to keep these in my routine (which usually consists of just water and whatever else Influenster sends me... cue nervous laughter).
