Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Every Penny I first used this when dealing with adult acne and long-lasting red marks from acne scarring in 2018. I used exactly as directed (massaging into skin 30-60 seconds) and saw huge improvements! I switched to other HydroPeptide cleansers for a few years because I was no longer dealing with acne problems, but a few weeks ago I ordered the purifying cleanser again due to stubborn maskne and new red acne scarring. After months of dealing with red and painful acne/skin around my mouth, it’s looking so improved and smooth and barely red at all after just two weeks of consistent use. I’m so grateful for this cleanser!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST EVER for acne-prone skin. My teenage son uses this daily, and it seriously has performed miracles. Really. He uses it along with the AquaBoost oil-free moisturizer. He had deep blackheads, lots of acne, and dull skin. Using this literally transforms his skin, to little-to-no blackheads, & clear/zit-free skin. When he goes a few days without using these products, you can tell a huge difference. Luckily, they work pretty fast when he starts again—which is also incredible. We have tried many products (none RX) and this is the absolute best we’ve tried. I also use it when I break out, and I love that you can let it sit longer on your face as a mask as well. It feels like it really draws out impurities in the face, but is still gentle. (The Hydropeptide zit cream is also the most effective one we’ve tried, for when a zit still crops up.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wouldn't buy it again I really wanted to love this but it smells like bug spray. It is so strong and putrid. It is so thick that it is hard to get out. I won't purchase again for these two reasons. I wish more reviews were honest about these factors. I could have tried a different cleanser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to detox! After struggling for months with the dreaded 'mask-ne' from working out in a mask I decided to give this a try. What really sold me was the tip about using it as a 5 minute mask. It is a total game changer! It doesn't dry out my skin and it doesn't feel like an extra step to use as a mask. LOVE this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scent is not that bad This just arrived today. So it hasn’t been used yet, I will post another review later with the results. I bought it for my daughter’s acne. However, based on some other reviews, I was a bit concerned with the scent. References to Pine-Sol, etc… (IMO the smell of Pine-Sol is overwhelming and not appealing.) So I was worried about how this product would smell. So I opened it immediately. Yes it does have a strong scent, but it is the scent of tea tree oil. Which is one of the ingredients in this product. I disagree that it smells like Pine-Sol. But it does have a strong tea tree oil scent. If you like that smell, you are guaranteed to like the scent of this facial cleanser. If not, I would discourage you from trying it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite cleanser I was 45 when I decided I needed to do something about my oily, acne-prone skin. I had tried every drug store cleanser, toner, mask, non-greasy moisturizer there was, and still, I looked like I was a teenager. It was so embarrassing. I finally sought the help of an aesthetician. That is where this product comes in. It has literally changed my skin, and my life. I use it every single day. I will never be without this product. I have changed other products over the past couple of years, but this is a mainstay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! I struggle with acne, along with dark spots. On top of the acne, my skin is extremely sensitive and is often so dry that it flakes off. Tbh I bought this product to deal with the dark spots, but it has been an absolute lifesaver! This product managed to clear up my skin (acne and dark spots) without drying me out! I've been using it for about 6 weeks, but results were *literally* overnight. Had a huge zit, washed my face with this before I went to bed, woke up and it was not raised anymore, not red, and much smaller. Wash my face with it AM and PM, and my skin is not dry at all! Necessity in my routine & I will certainly start purchasing more hydropeptide products! Although it's an expensive product and I'm a broke college kid, I can't imagine my life without it. Worth every penny!
