Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice precise instrument [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nicely surprised by this appliance. It is fairly compact in an age when your kitchen workspace is filled up with gadgets, so it's unobtrusive and can be put away easily, taking up little space. The scales themselves are very accurate, and you have the advantage of being able to either combine ingredients to get a total weight, or reset each time you add to start your new ingredient at zero if you prefer - for different circumstances, I want to do both, so it's very versatile. Apart from that, it's a handsome, well made bit of kit, and I'm pleased to have it in my set of kitchen tools.

Ive used it most days to weigh out pasta, flour, sugar and liquids. It has 4 different weighing types, lb’s and ounces, ml, fl oz and grammes. If you need to switch between the different types all you need to do is press the unit switch to the desired type. It turns off automatically if not in use. The only downside is the bowl is not very big and you may need to weigh the same ingredients out in two separate goes. But all in all very good and would definitely recommend.

I now find it hard to imagine my kitchen without this lovely scale, it's so efficient and slick. Really simple instructions to follow and learn, I was using the scale with confidence in minutes! It just has 2 simple buttons for use. The scale has made me love cooking and baking more! It makes recipes easy and no fuss, I can't believe it took me this long to own one! Would definitely recommend buying it. Start experimenting with different recipes and have fun!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Little Kitchen Scale [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this scale just over a month ago and it's been a great cooking companion. The bowl that's included it's a good size, however if you need something smaller or bigger the "zero" function on the scale allows you to use any bowl or pan that you have at your disposal. Simply place it on the scale and press the Zero button and the scale resets to 0. Another geat feature is that this scale also has the ability to measure in millimeters. This is very useful for the times where you don't have a measuring jug at hand or simply need another. The only negative point I have is that you need a small screwdriver to open the battery cover and change the battery. This is only a minor inconvenience however and I haven't needed to change the battery yet so can't see it being a frequent problem.

It is lightweight with a gleaming white jug. Also, the units can be stored separately, which is useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact and easy to store away as it uses up very little space.The handy bowl allows you to combine all ingredients weighing each one as you add it or individually by resetting in between. The bowl also has a lip for pouring liquids. Very accurate, all my recipes have been successful.

Love the fact that it has a jug to use with it.. makes it so much easier to measure out and pour ingredients. Good for wet or dry ingredients. Also good for weighing out portion sizes for cereal, rice and pasta.
