Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot open battery case. Battery not supplied I cannot open the battery case and I am not sure what type of battery is required. Therefore I have not been able to use my scales.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheaply made I bought this as a replacement for my old Weightwatchers digital scale. In comparison they feel cheap and not well made. I have not been able to use them yet as 1- not sure if they come with a battery (if so, they don’t work) 2 - unable to access the battery compartment to check as you need the tiniest screwdriver imaginable to get in and I don’t have one. Not impressed so far, although they look good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Lightweight I bought this to replace my old dial scales. I found these very accurate and easy to use. I like the feature of being able to switch from grams to ounces etc. by the press of a button. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because I find it difficult to read which weight I am using as the writing eg. g for grams is very tiny.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Battery screwed down The battery compartment was screwed down with a very small cross headed screw. Nothing in the instructions about it & it needed to be released to properly settle the battery. No screwdriver was provided. But I managed to find a small screwdriver and fixed it myself. Now it works fine, as expected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Battery NOT included! Great product and timely delivery even under current circumstances. Only downside is that the product description clearly says that a battery is included but it wasn’t. Therefore a couple of days delay in using it as needed to order some.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
