We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Does this product slice frozen meat?

Thanks for your question. No, we do not recommend using this slicer on cuts that are frozen solid. You can use this on cuts that have been chilling up to 4 hours, depending on meat and cut type, to get the right firmness. The instructions has tips on this. Trust this helps! ^CO

How thin does this product slice?

Hi, does this slice roast meat into steak slices?

Hi Leelee, thanks for your question. The thickest the Deli Meat Slicer can slice is 15mm (1.5cm). Most steak is cut 25mm (2.5cm) to 30mm (3cm) thick. We trust this helps with your query
