Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bags. Strong bags that are a perfect fit for the bin. Bags have drawstring handles to make closing and tying easy. Just wish the black ones were in stock as prefer them because we can put them straight out for collection as our council collects black bags (no wheely bins here) but sometimes leaves bags of other colours in case it's not rubbish or a different type for another collection.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with the Totem Max, as it looks great and is easy to use and keep clean. Only gripe is that you can't sort the recycling and, here in Wales, I have 4 different recycling bins to fill each week, so have to do my sorting outside. A couple of dividers in the bottom bin would make it 5*.

Of all the features, I really like the robust, orange drawstrings. As they are the bags that fit our bin, I would definitely buy them again. We also benefitted from a discount, as we bought in bulk.

Then I looked at the address you were looking to deliver to and realised that your records didn’t include a house number. Not sure how the order was completed successfully without this. Can you rearrange the deliver to 20a?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
