Rated 1 out of 5 by from Upset customer Having used command picture hooks before and been extremely satisfied, I was confident to use then again when we moved into our new house. A usual, we followed the instructions carefully. Within 1 day, our first picture fell down - result, smashed glass in the frame. Within a week, 2 more pictures had fallen down. The first fell onto a heater and so the frame is badly damaged. The wall in our new house is also damaged from the impact of the falling picture frame. The second picture I was most upset about as it was a wedding present. It too now has a damaged frame. I am upset and very disappointed in your product. For 3 pictures to fall within a week is unacceptable, particularly as I now have 3 damaged pictures and 1 damaged wall to repair.

I saw an advertisement for Command, but was a little hesitate. Since I bought them at a well known home improvement storeI knew if I wasn't satisfied I could return. I tried one large picture....ok it worked. A week later tried a picture a little heavier and WOW it worked. Love it, love it....no nails and I can change location with the extra stabilizer strips. A little on the expensive side, but worth every penny....and the coupons help. Sharing the news with family, friends and associates. Thanks Command

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible product I bought these for a few very light pictures I wanted to hang on the walls. I made sure the weight didn't exceed what the product recommended. One lasted 2 days, then the pic fell and the glass shattered all over the floor. One lasted about another day, at least this time there was no glass. Command should buy me 2 new frames.

Well, the Command Wire-Backed Picture Hanging Hooks saved the day! I can safely hang all my paintings, remove, rehang, reposition, whatever I want with these hooks. Thank you Command for this amazing product!

One of them fell this morning. I am so disappointed! While reading the product descriptions for the mini hooks, it specifically states that it will work in wet or humid environments. Do the picture hangers not work in a humid environment?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it could not be Easier! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T had a wall and the studs were on the far left and far right of the wall. I did not want to put a hole in it. After locating this product it took all of five minutes to hand my picture in the space exactly where I wanted it. The hanrdest part was location the product in my area. I finally had to resort to ordering on the internet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Used this product to hang a picture on my office wall. Followed the installation directions meticulously. The hanger worked great for about 18 months. The hanger failed, my picture crashed to the floor and the glass is broken :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Apartment living - no holes to cover up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just moved into a new place and was really concerned about all the nail holes. Also, these walls are impossible to put a nail through! These Worked, no really they worked. Nothing, slamming doors, my high heel thunking around the house, the pictures will not fall of the wall. Also, so easy to remove! On my list to buy more this weekend, everything is going to be hung up with COMMAND! living made easy, for reals :)
