Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall I’m pleased with the Overall I’m pleased with the basket. It’s sturdy and looks good. I love the fact that the washing is already in bags to take to the washer. But, it was a bit tricky to put together- turning the fabric and putting it in the grooves was fiddly, particularly the top once I’d done the bottom. Found it easier to then take out the bottom, put in the top and return to the bottom. I would also prefer the lid to be hinged rather than lift off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as expected. Looks neat and tidy, however easy of use is not at all like the video shows. When full you have to dig around to find the handles in order to remove the bag, and the bags do not just simply lift out as the video shows, you have to give them a good pull and wiggly continuously until the bag is completed lifted out of the plastic rim. Video of how to use is quite misleading.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect The only way, in my opinion, to improve this is to give it a hinged lid. As someone with a back problem, I don't want to take the lid off and find somewhere to put it while I empty it other than the floor. The floor is not my friend to bend down further to. Please update with a hinged lid. It would then, for me, be 100% perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use This is a great product! We all are a large family and I find it really has helped. It was straightforward to build. I would recommend! The only criticism is that it's a little tough to pull out when it's really full, you have to wiggle it out. There was an issue with one of the poles but customer Service was fantastic!

Only suggestion would be to have some sort of labels or colour to depict white, colours and blacks! As you forgot which container is which!!

The bottom handle for tipping is also a good idea. The fabric side cover is tight to fit at first so a second pair of hands for that part is helpful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great but not sturdy enough Beautifully designed, but nowhere sturdy enough. Looks solid, but is actually a fabric outer that sits around a plastic frame. Unlikely to last more than a few weeks in our house, so returned. Returns process was quick and easy.
