Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nightmare to Construct I love Joseph Joseph products in general and loved the look of this laundry basket so decided to treat myself when my old laundry basket fell apart. It so far has sat half constructed in my bedroom about 3 weeks. I appreciate I perhaps should have realised it was flat pack bit a single person trying to get the outer material cover over both ends is a nightmare. For the price point I would hope this would be easier to build or arrive fully assembled. My rating my be higher when I actually get to use it but I am feeling significant buyers remorse at present.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great functional laundry bin This is a bit tricky to put together but you only do it once (probably) so that's not too bad. The plastic on metal threads could be an issue when assembling heavy handed but I didn't have any issues. It probably isn't going to be big enough for a large family's laundry needs on its own, we have 2, this and a 90L. Only gripe is that it might have been better to have fabric on maybe 3/4 of the way round as I only realised there was a crease running down one of the sides after assembly - think this is because it comes in one piece to wrap around the entire unit. I think this is one of the better laundry bins looks-wise compared to everything else I saw and reflected in the much higher cost. Love the fact you can pull the bags out and don't have to go reaching into them to get at the laundry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great! Didn’t expect it to be self assembly but was straightforward - tucking in the material was a bit fiddly. Great solution to separating whites and coloureds - I notice someone in one of the reviews had put labels on theirs as both bags are the same. Unless everyone in your house uses your same logic - whites left? Darks right? it won’t work 😂 Maybe in the future one bag could be white and one dark material so this is foolproof! Looks neat and tidy. Got the 60L that works for 1 or 2 people.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was disappointed with my new basket: It took an age to assemble. It is impossible to get the washing bags out of the basket when they are full since they expand with the washing. I didn’t realise the outside is cloth so it can’t be properly cleaned and since we keep our basket near the toilet and have a teenage boy this is an issue! Plus it was a lot of money for a basket. The one positive is the family have learned to sort their laundry between dark and whites.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A bit useless actually Looks good, and despite other reviews found it easy to put together. However if your family, like mine, puts more than a few things in each bag/compartment it is likely that when you come to lift the bag out it won’t fit through the apperture. Consequently you’ll find yourself having to empty the bag by hand to get it out only to have to refill it once you’ve liberated it. Not desperately impressed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quite disappointing It's bigger than you think - and that's not all capacity for clothes, there's lots of empty space unused in it. There's no difference between teh tops of the two bags - you've got to remember which is darks and which is lights. Lastly the top doesn't 'lock' into palce or centre its self. Overall, not good design at all. A nice idea but seemingly little work done to make the final product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but not so easy to put together Good size and beautifully designed laundry bin. I’m only giving the product 3 * as it took so long to construct. Two of the verticals supports we’re slightly higher than the others which made it difficult to fix the canvas around the supports. I love the Joseph Joseph space saving products and would still recommend the laundry basket as it looks great in the bathroom.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I am really quite disappointed in the structure of this product. The photos lead you to believe its quite neat, tidy and with taut supported sides. Try as i might I can get it taut as per the picture and is quite creased around the sides. The fabric on the outside also doesn't stay in place and falls from the rim. it does the job but I can't say I'm enamoured with it.
