Rated 2 out of 5 by from A nightmare to assemble! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I didn't realise the basket was a self-assembly product, but in any case it proved unacceptably difficult to put together. I was on the verge of sending the basket back as, the cover, which fits over the frame, just refused to slip on. The demonstration video makes this look like a breeze. It isn't. Finally got the cover on by easing it on bit by bit, using clamps to hold the fabric in place. Couldn't have managed it otherwise and, as it is, this took a couple of hours. Looks good once assembled but unless you have strongish hands and fingers and a set of four or five woodwork G-clamps (and a couple of hours to spare), look elsewhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its a flat pack, self build surprise! I was surprised that you have to build this yourself!! Whilst it is very well engineered, its quite fiddly to get together and unless you get it lined up just right the folds are still visible after construction. Tucking in the fabric to the frame is not easy for me as I have bad hands so it was a two man build for us. For the price, I assumed it would be delivered assembled. That said the finished item is nice once you get to correctly assembled and tightened up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious and stylish I had wanted this laundry basket for ages and so pleased I got it. One thing I wasn’t sure about was how the two bag sections are much smaller than the volume of the item itself, but they really do hold plenty. I’m using it solely for myself though - I wouldn’t go any smaller than the 90L if it’s for more than one person. Putting it together is simple until you get to the part where you tuck the fabric into the frame, definitely swore a few times before I got the hang of it and it took a while. So nice to have a stylish laundry hamper that fits my bedroom decor, instead of one taking up my bathroom. I also love that it’s completely closed as I’m not keen on things crawling into my laundry! It’s very expensive for what it is, let’s be honest, but I’m super fussy on how I want things to look and so the expense was worth it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very useful unfriendly construction [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the laundry basket far to complicated to make & unnecessarily flimsy for the money, you can’t really then send it back as you have had to take it out of so many bags, in todays world the framework could have been made more collapsable & stronger using recycled plastic, I can’t recommend this at all

The ability to remove each bag independently makes it so easy and more importantly, a very safe way to carry loads of laundry downstairs. My only criticism is the construction of this basket: it’s quite difficult to attach the outer canvas covering to the frame without breaking several fingernails in the process!

One downside vs old basket is the lift-up rather than hinged lid, which we’d never have considered would make a difference, yet means that one-handed laundry drop-offs are more tricky. Not a deal-breaker… The individual bags work well, and the concept is a practical one. Quite expensive, but glad I bought this.

My wife and I loathed having to sort the clothes for washing. It was time-consuming and frankly stressful. Now it's easier, quicker and less frustrating. Thank you for creating a simple and highly effective design.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustration So excited when this got delivered. My husband, not so much. When you pay a decent amount for something you don’t expect to have to assemble it yourself. Once made it looks great and does the job. But like I said, if I had known my husband would turn the air blue I would have purchased a different brand
