Rated 1 out of 5 by from complete waste of time bought this several months ago and have battling with it ever since. Got it working over wifi in my office, but my staff were unable to connect to it. Connected it over USB to our print server, not fit for purpose as it shuts down very quickly, meaning a nurse needs to go and turn it on, then go back to their desk to print the label, only to find it still didn't print. I connected it back to my laptop, now it simply won't print, all the lights are on and ready to print, I can see the job pass through the queue, but nothing happens on the printer, 25 jobs now and nothing happens. Infuriating, and annoying when its not cheap. Got a Dymo coming now, the masters of label printing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied ! 1/5 It's a shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand...isn't that what they are there for? I purchased the printer and labels. The machine looked like it printed fantastic photos and "cards" as one was put in the slot. When you actually print colour stuff it's not the same quality as the one in the machine at the time of purchase. Given the option I would ask for a refund. The software today has failed to connect to the printer... I deleted the app and redownloaded to see if that will work. I'm disappointed in the product and 100% dissatisfied. I found the lead connecting to my iMac didn't work also!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't meet expectations I purchased this to crate labels for glass and paper for beauty products. I like that it is easy to use. Though the labels themselves do not stick very well and come off any glass surface. I tried cleaning the surface well and made sure I didn't touch the sticky side. Seems to stick alright to paper though wouldn't purchase this for any business needs or any long term labeling. I was also disappointed with the colour as the colours presented on the app do not print the same and many seem to come out pink. I have tried a different label roll though no change observed. For a product at this cost I would have expected better quality labels that would actually stick. In future also it would be good to see alternate labels available for matt finishes or a more environmentally friendly option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Installation Very happy with product, but it was a challenge to set up thru my Wi-Fi. Had to ring support twice, it wasn’t as easy as it says. But I do find the cassettes a bit expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, couldnt be happier Couldn't be more simple to use if they tried. I enjoy the easy to use app this label maker uses. I perchanced it to make labels for the meat i pop into my freezer, and they seem to be standing up to being knocked and moved around the freezer as you look for somthing at the bottom. The one thing i have noticed is the color doesnt always match the sample on screen but is consistent in color. Would i buy again?... so far id say yes. Would i recommend?... again so far id say yes.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
