To add a twist to this thrilling adventure, she’s also being hunted down by a bio-organic weapon named Nemesis who’s on the quest of eliminating any surviving S.T.A.R.S. members in the city. The events of Resident Evil 3 also overlap with Resident Evil 2, covering another perspective on how the T-virus outbreak has emerged in the once vibrant Racoon City.
• Hidden Gems: In Resident Evil 3, there are many hidden areas and items that you can discover. With each item or area unlocked, it can either add up or decrease your chances of survival. You can also find tons of bullets and first aid kits littered around in cabinets or in corridors, it’s up to you how you’ll ration your supplies to survive this grotesque epidemic. Will they make it out alive?
• A World of Brilliant Nightmares: The universe of Resident Evil 3 has been rebuilt from the ground up using RE Engine, backed up with new and improved mechanics such as an over-the-shoulder camera mode and modernised control schemes. Now you can take a trip down memory lane and immerse yourself in this modern take of the classic 1999 gameplay with deeper narratives.
• Multiplayer Mode: This version of the Resident Evil 3 game comes with Resident Evil Resistance, an online 4 vs 1 asymmetrical multiplayer gameplay. This mode also offers both cooperative and competitive gameplay, giving the players the freedom to create their own survival horror experience in the Resident Evil universe. You can play as the mastermind who has kidnapped a group of young people for an experiment or play as the survivors trapped in one of the Umbrella Corporation’s sinister facilities.
