Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable seat I have ever owned It may be the most comfortable chair I have ever used, and that includes my previous chair by Secretlab. I am 5'7" and 235lbs. So I always have a problem with chairs that support my weight don't work for my short legs. It can be quite a funny scene. So I have rarely found office or game chairs to be comfortable. Most end up hurting my back or my butt. However, this chair is something else. The assembly was another thing that was excellent. It took me around 20 minutes, and most of that was just getting everything out of a well-organized and packed box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Received the product well installed it and is using it.I finished the installation without difficulty after watching the official YouTube video for about 10 to 15 minutes.l am 171 cm tall and l ordered the XL size.After siting for about 10 minutes, l thought it was a good idea to change chairs. l have a bad back, but it feels like its holding my waist, and its neither too hard nor too soft.It's a comfortable chair right away.Thank you for taking good care of me as requested.The classic maroon color can be thought of as a general burgundy color.lt is diferent from the color shown in the photo. Dark! Sell a lot of good chairs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Just received today. The amount of customizabiity (is that a word?) is incredible. Pretty fast delivery. Went together pretty quickly. For the record, I am a 5'3" woman and pretty "broad in the beam" and the Kaiser 3 Large fits me perfectly. The seat height is adjusted to the ideal height, the lumbar support is where it's supposed to be and the neck support is perfectly positioned even with my vertically challenged stature. And last but certainly not least, as far as I'm concerned, the pink is really nice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfy seat but lumbar support is a joke Sturdy, built well, and the seat cushion feels good. But the lumbar support is a joke. It feels like you’re leaning against someone’s arm, not a gradual smooth curve. When you dial back the lumbar support you the feel the seam from the top of the support, which feels like your shirt is bunched up in that spot the whole time. Such a shame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great chair!!! I got my Kaiser 3 a few days ago and all I can say is WOW! This thing has all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. It’s super comfortable and I love that I can adjust it to fit my needs. Sometimes after sitting for several hours my back can start to hurt so I love the support that the lumbar device gives me. It was a breeze to put together (it took me and my son 25 minutes) and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It’s a bit heavy so I would advise having a partner when putting it together. Bottom line is the Kaiser 3 is at the top of the food chain and well worth the money.

All in all I love the chair it's the best big man chair I have ever owned. I am 6'6" and 375lbs and the chair holds up great. The chair feels really solid and looks that way as well. Love the adjustable lumbar I can put it right where I need it to be. Only have two issue I have found is with the seat seems like the padding is a little lacking there and I wish the back was a little wider to accommodate wider framed people. End up buying a seat cushion to go with it. I have the kaiser 3 xl and hopefully it's the last chair I buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best chair in the game! I was skeptical about buying a chair that costs this much but man am I glad I did. The packaging was absolutely top notch. It actually took me longer to take it out of the box than it did to assemble it was that well packed. Setup was a breeze. Took about 25 minutes. I sat on it and was instantly satisfied with the purchase. It is super comfortable and very sturdy. I got the XL version due to recommendation with my height and weight. I can see this chair lasting for years to come. Would recommend this to anyone!!
